Parked in the public parking lot outside their store - came back and it was gone! There were NO signs saying no parking, or parking only for plaza businesses, or only 1 hr parking ... no signs at all! Had to pay $275 in CASH only to Montshire Towing to get it back. I wonder how much of that money ended back in the store's coffers ... feels like a scam!

Since I bought them as a gift I had misplaced the receipt. I brought them back in the same box that they put them in and the woman basically laughed and said "sorry, nothing we can do". "Why don't you try brining them to a jeweler to have them repaired". I almost laughed myself at how ridiculous this suggestion was. I paid around $10 for the earrings so it's certainly not about the cost, it's about the principle. It's quite pathetic when a "local" store is unwilling to stand behind the products they sell. I'm certainly fortunate that it was such an inexpensive item. I was actually going to give them another chance if the woman I spoke to had even an ounce of consideration but it goes without saying that I will no longer be shopping at Headlines Boutique.
