Jason @ Zenobi Roofing encountered the reddest tape imaginable. Being told everything would be green lighted he, his crew and supplies showed up only to be stopped at the gate and be denied entry. The community bureaucrat conveniently forgot her conversation with Jason of the prior day. Jason recreated the paperwork and started the project on time. I checked the work mid project and found every piece of building material to be of the highest quality as I wanted. They could have easily substituted materials since I live out of the area. The workmanship was excellent and the price was reasonable. Most importantly their ethics are superior!

He gave me a fair and honest estimate, which also included at my request, the replacing of an old, outdated roof vent as well. Al stood by the estimate amount after everything was finished. The owner's son and another professional roofer came out on the date and time we scheduled. I found them polite, honest, hardworking and they cleaned up and removed all debris from my lawn before they finished the job leaving nothing behind. Al, the owner, came out and supervised to make sure everything was going as planned. They did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace or fix their roof. They are now my go to for any contracting work I need.

He was paid $10,000 cash for job With a $200 tip (which son picked up 3 days before job within an hour of informing them we had it). I asked the workers how much they were paid, and astonished to find out only $350 each! I then found and addressed an issue with a portion of roof area to the son and he assured me that he would return to fix within a week. It was a 10 minute job that required a ladder I didn't have.3 weeks go by and when I contact him, he explains he was sick and would deal with it promptly..another week went by..Nothing.so I sent message to forget about it.I would deal with it.This is a perfect example of people being greedy with employees,lazy ownership,and false promises.But he made it to the Nascar races with pit passes fine that week. If you want to support local business,this is no longer one that had service like when father ran it.
