All dryers were taken up. The younger employee left clothes in 8 dryers, which he had to fold for more than 2 hours while the laundromat was busy. The sign on the wall clearly states " clothes can be removed after 15 minutes if someone doesn't get their clothes" not sure why this doesn't apply to employees washing people's clothes too when they're taking up so many dryers. read more

I think this is the closest laundromat to where I live. I have found it is the most inexpensive $2.25 for a triple load washer and $0.25 for 10 minutes drying time. The managers are decent people also and keep the place clean. read more

I don't know if it is the 3D Mary and Baby Jesus art (for sale) that sucked me in, or what. It's just the icing on the cake. Anyways, this place is very clean, kept up and there always seems to be someone on duty taking care of the place. There are a million signs posted in a million fonts (which I secretly love). Like "Bring cart back after you use to load laundry in car" and "Watch your children. Management not responsible for accidents." It's awesome. It has a wonderful selection of reading (lots of religious tracts) and I suspect it has wifi although it isn't advertised. Plus, this place is crazy cheap. $1.00 for wash, $1.00 for a dry. Awesome. Very upsetting...been coming here since I moved here last year in June. Everything was fine and dandy but noticed that the machines often are wonky and don't fully wash thoroughly. I live walking distance from this place so it's easy to come within 2-5 minutes just to see if my clothes are ready. The vending machines also (for when I forget my detergents and softener) don't even work. They just eat up your quarters without receiving your product. When you tell management they sus you as if you are asking for a handout. The management in this place is awful. The washers don't run a full cycle and the dryer doors don't stay closed so it interrupts the process. Management is very rude, when they noticed the dryer door kept opening spilling our clothes they shouted at us for supposedly loading in too many clothes in the dryer. However, we never had this issue until now. They're machines just suck and they refuse to acknowledge that. The machines, shadey clientele and the disrespect by the management was our last straw. No longer coming back. If possible invest in a mobile washer and dryer it's not worth coming here anymore. read more

I dont have any problems with the washers or dryers. But I know the owners can be pretty grumpy sometimes. My main problem is the CANDY MACHINE HAS ANTS! So please dont let your kids get any. read more

The owner, the older Asian lady, yelled at me just fot simply loading a twin size comforter, by itself, in one of the machines because she was simply afraid that my comforter "would break the machine" and the my "$1.50 wasn't worth the risk of breaking the machine" tf..... the washing machine was still halfway empty!!! If they are so afraid that people washing their clothing and/or comforters might break machines then maybe they shouldn't own a laundromat in the first place. Upon seeing the other low ratings, how they have a history of yelling at customers, and from my own experience I can definitely say that these people are definitely rude and definitely don't recommend anyone to use this place unless it's a last resort. read more

Today I came in and received the worst treatment ever. This Asian woman was so rude and yelled at me when I asked about the machine without an out of order sign. I have been coming here every two weeks to do laundry. Sometimes the dryers will not dry (depends on your luck and pick), and some of my most expensive clothes were ruined. You will find these oil spots on my expensive blouses and jeans out of nowhere. Will never come back after this rude and unfair treatment! read more

I put the only money I had into the coin change, a 10.00 bollar bill I got as cash back from a purchase so I could do my laundry. I only received 5.25 quarters. Went to the people the run the showed me a security tape that was very grainy and insisted it was a 5.00 dollar bill. I know I only had the 10 from cash back. The older man threw a punch an grazed my nose and hit the door jam. I called 911. Police never showed up. I was asked to leave but I had to let my dryers finish running. Came here to do self serve laundry after driving around las cruces to non-existent laundromats (google maps fail!) luckily they are open to 10:30! (Sunshine closes at 8) So clean!! As the previous reviewers wrote, the E Street Laundy is clean, very inexpensive, has lots of front loader machines, all different sizes of machines and the management family is very friendly and helpful. I work in a place where I can do my laundry for free and even though it is clean, I still prefer to pay to go to E Street Laundry. read more

I normally come here to wash my clothes but now I know 10 minutes to Big Bundles is a lot more worth the drive. Today I came in to use a machine with the lid wide open. There were no signs or anything from stopping me to use it. So I pour in all my laundry solutions and stuff my laundry in. Put four quarters in and I realize it's not starting. So I told the daughter of the laundromat store to confirm with me if it's out of order. She did nothing so I told the mom and asked if she could reimburse my dollar. What did the lady with the short, chin-length maroon hair do? Scream at me, "THIS IS OUT OF ORDER! DOES NOT WORK!". Wow, this is America not Asia. Your place is heating up in here with your doors shut tight, some doors are locked so that you cannot open it. Your machines are not the cleanest. I only came out of convenience. Never again will I come back here. I'd rather pay for Big Bundles where it's always fresher air to breathe, tv to watch while waiting, free internet, and better customer service than here. read more

I drive all the way from Alamogordo to use this laundromat because the facility is clean, the washers and dryers are inexpensive and are generally well kept, and the people who run the place are kind. However when washer #43 didn't clean my clothes today (hardly any water or soap entered the washer during the cycle, and the machine failed to use any of my fabric softener), I told the young lady attendant about it and she dismissed it as a normal occurrence. I had to spend an extra two dollars and another 25 minutes to run my clothes through the wash in another washer ( I told the attendant and she acted like she could have cared less). It would have been nice for the attendant to offer me two dollars to put my clothes through another cycle, and even worse, she didn't bother putting a sign up about the faulty washer so that the next customer gets to pay for a shoddy wash. Customer service today was sadly lacking. That's why I give three stars for average. read more
