After finally getting the vehicle back, there were still problems present that should have been identified and resolved before the vehicle was sold. We purchased a 2019 SUV here in May. After purchasing and bringing it to dealership we learned our vehicle was not part of recall and in fact the malfunction was due to a spotty repair job as well as a accident that was no originally disclosed to us. Owner swore he would make this right and do repair himself covering cost to bring vehicle to conditions it was represented as to us. We since have made dozens of calls and messages with no response for last 2 months after 3 months of being told waiting on parts. We also were given 2 keys at purchase. 1 was not even for vehicle and was brought back in at that time we were told our key needed to be located and we could get it when vehicle would be fixed the following week this was 2 months ago and all calls messages and text haven't been replied to since.
