We have moved several times and never had this experience. Items were scratched during move. Items left loose in truck which should have been packed up. On site packing/loading went until late hours of the night even when owners offered to return the next day. Byco boss said all must be completed that night and still they quit working at 12:30 at night-leaving large portion of the household items on the carport. Several items were then stolen from the site-which the company says they have no accountability. Disappointed with the process and outcome.

Don't waste you time even trying to contact them. I initially called to see about getting an…read moreestimate to move within state and I was told to fill out a form on-line with a listing of all my household goods. I explained that I want someone to come to my residence to provide the estimate. I was told that someone would call me back later in the day. I never received a call. A week later I again called for an estimate and again told that I would get a call within 20 minutes. Well it has been another week and still have not received a call. If you are looking for Brothers to move you, I wish you better luck in actually getting any help at all. My advise - go look somewhere else with a company that actually cares and is interested in running a moving business.
