While in the gas station the rude cashier acted as if my husband was trying to steal items, as my husband couldn't carry everything while holding his coffee. As my husband had walked there and was dressed casually, he was treated poorly. You would think the young black male cashier wouldn't profile people, but such is the world today. While we continue our stay here in Pensacola we will go to other gas stations if we need coffee. My advice is to wear a suit if you want to be treated decently.

A couple older people come regularly on the weekends to eat breakfast and chat. No awkward loitering really goes on in front of the store, which I appreciate. They have a bunch of hoodlums that park in the parking lot. Last night was out of hand. Does anyone live up past W. Roberts and E. Roberts? Have you gone to the Circle K at Kingsfield after 9pm? EVERY Friday a TON of teens are flying around the parking lot in trucks and cars. Last night at 9:45 we stopped to get gas. As my 14 year old pumping gas a man, his wife and daughter(about 3 or 4) were walking from their vehicle by Wendy's going towards the store and some dumb idiot almost hit all 3 of them. The dad yelled at them to slow down. Well, they circled around the parking lot and parked. About 30 kids went walking up in front of the store waiting for this family to walk out. The teens kept telling each other they were going to beat his ...! The store clerk did NOTHING! I called the cops. They arrived and just sat in their suv and watched them. I counted 14 cars and trucks. These kids need to be stopped before someone gets hurt! They are just out to try and cause trouble. I have seen them sitting out there drinking too. I'm pretty sure 95% of them go to Tate. Something needs to be done!

There is a pharmacist named Will that works there. He is horrible and condescending and refused to…read morefill a prescription from our oral surgeon saying it wasn't a "valid" prescription. Then refused to speak to the oral surgeon on the phone regarding the prescription. It was. Left my husband miserable on a holiday weekend. He was condescending and it was Intentional. He then refused to give me back my paper prescription, thankfully I snapped a pic of it in his hands because he pulled it away. When they reopened, they couldn't find it. Good thing I had the pic. It was an absolute nightmare dealing with him. There was a lady in front of me who has a 90 year old mom in palliative care and he also refused to fill her pain medication. The lady was in tears for her mom. He did not care and probably lied to her as well regarding the reason why he couldn't fill her meds. There was also another young girl in line that he refused to fill her meds. It was like he enjoyed denying pain meds to people. That was 3 people in the little time I was there, I cannot imagine how many were denied his entire shift. It was bizarre. My husband contacted corporate and they were very attentive. We will never use this pharmacy location again however. Also their speaker doesn't work in the drive through. It had been MONTHS....last thing, good luck getting through if you ever need to call. I give negative stars on this review.
