At that time the job was still known and Todd arrived promptly for a free estimate/quote of the project. Worth noting is that I called multiple local septic companies and he was the 1st to return my message as well as one of the few to see the estimate out. That being said it took a few on site digs and inspections to determine we had a faulty septic system and it needed to be completely repaired. Full disclosure upon receiving his job quote, even after he had already spent hours on site, we went ahead and quoted out other options(as part of our own due diligence). While he weren't expecting a full replacement we had not prepared to see the number and felt it was a wise home owner decision to see what other pricing options we could get together. Again he did right by us by providing us a very fair and reasonable quote and we felt it was the best deal out there, not to mention Todd and his team are very reliable and just down right a decent family. Unfortunately I missed a lot of the site work due to my own rigorous work schedule and I wasn't around to catch pictures of the piping or gravel or much of the system itself, but I have attached everything I could get for pictures. I was shocked at how quickly the old system was removed and the new one was installed once all the prep work was done. There was a few minor hardware delays as a result of the very beginning stages of what would become as we now know as a major covid pandemic. With that in mind Todd Kept on top of it and was able to get a brand new top of the line septic system installed within a matter of just a few days. We never went a Day without a functioning system. In addition his team Separated our well water backwashing system From dumping out into our septic system and provided us with multiple ideas on how to properly maintain and upkeep both systems for years to come I would highly recommend nl county septic Have a great 2021

We had every problem imaginable on our Postage size lot - from our original septic engineer dying, to hitting Ledge, to the new engineer plans not being accurate, to removing/splitting Huge boulders, plus the annoyance of nosey neighbors and a small narrow work area - Todd and Jake handled it ALL - and they even put down sod for us at the end of the job! When they left our lawn looked beautiful. We were so LUCKY to have had NL Septic do our septic installation - especially as it was clearly not an easy installation. He left without filling the hole he had to use an excavator to dig. After two weeks of calling he finally came back when I was gone and did a five minute spiteful job that I could of done myself with a shovel. He left all the biggest boulders and rocks spread across the driveway for use to clean up on our own. Its as if once they were paid they had no pride in the job that was done. Id rather pay double to someone else who did it correctly and did not disrespect their customers.

Recently, I had the main septic pipe between my house and septic tank get clogged. Upon…read moreinvestigation, it was determined that my excavator had deposited many large rocks directly above the pipe when he back filled my foundation (my house is only three years old), and the weight of those rocks caused the pipe to become narrowed and pitched in the wrong direction. I hired Paul Mumford to do the repair for me. Today, at 7:30am, he and his nephew arrived at my home to do the repair. I was present for the entire job. The repair took all of four hours and I can't adequately express my gratitude to Paul for an exceptional job. Both workers were professional and extremely respectful of my property. I was concerned that their digging machine was going to make ruts in my rain-soaked lawn. Paul used special mats which were placed below the tracks of the machine. There was absolutely no damage at all to my property. When they left, there was zero evidence that they were even there. They used the highest quality materials (e.g. schedule 40 pipe instead of the cheaper schedule 35 used my my excavator) and their workmanship was impeccable. After initially speaking with Paul for just five minutes, it was abundantly evident that he is a master at his craft. Tell-tale signs of his excellence were witnessed during the entire job (e.g. his use of a transit instead of a common level to assess the pitch of the drain line). The job was done as if it were Paul's own property - total respect was afforded. This company is an establishment of integrity and professionalism. Upon needing any further service, I will not look any further that Mumford Services and it would be wise for you to do the same.
