I would text and they would read it and not respond - over and over again. Finally I would threaten to use another company and they would apologize and respond. They also quoted me a price for my daughter to take lessons and her road test. They scheduled the test. Then right before it they told me it was more money because it was scheduled in Newark. THEY WERE THE ONES THAT SCHEDULED THE TEST - you would think they would have asked me at that time if it was okay or mentioned the upcharge. They are EXTREMELY UNETHICAL. Both the female and male instructor answer phone calls during the driving lesson and it's hard to focus. They talk more about their personal lives than giving actual advice on how to drive. They might know how to drive. Doesn't mean they know how to teach people. I called them before my first lesson and they said 50 for an hour. When I get in the car they said 60. They constantly keep their hands on your wheel instead of giving you the practice on your own that you need. They are extremely unprofessional and I don't recommend you waste your time or money.

If an instructor is running late, no one notifies you. And if you go back inside to ask what's going on, they'll claim you refused to take the class and mark it as completed anyway.
