After dealing with a gentleman from TELUS (Andre) I realized how long it had been since I had an issue with any business where I truly felt listened to and understood It has been a very long time. I understand that today there are Scripts that people must follow when they're working for any business and I understand that but this gentleman was different . I knew within five minutes that he was really listening to my problem and he was explaining the situation to me as well as taking the time to find out the answers he wasn't sure of from his superior. The issue itself doesn't matter but what shocked me was after about ten minutes I realized Weather it went my way or not I completely trusted this man did all he could and I would accept graciously.
