When I first brought my car to Mario I didn't think the paint was in that bad of shape, still had an amazing shine to it and i washed it at least once a week or more. After dropping it off and seeing the swirls that were actually in my paint I was nervous it would never look as clean as the day I picked it up from the dealership. Mario was great throughout the whole process, showing me progress pictures and letting me know what was causing each blemish in my paint. Once I picked the car up I was stunned that my car could look like that again. It looked cleaner than the day I picked it up. I was lucky enough to get the ceramic coating done as well. And that has made a huge difference as I don't always get to park in a garage. So as I was walking out to my car I noticed a bird on the branch over my car, you can probably tell what happened next. I had my new E-Ray done with ceramic coating and the windows tinted, from the moment I made the appointment until I picked up the car Chris and E1 auto supply exceeded my expectations. They walked me through the process, offered transportation if needed after dropping off the car as well which I did not need but it was a nice offer. Chris kept me updated after each stage of the process was completed. When I picked up the car they did such a great job , then explained what they did and how my follow up care should be handled with complete future washing the car instructions. When I brought my car here, I didn't think my paint was that bad until Mario showed me the paint defects that I've never seen but definitely caught my eye afterwards.
