ALL SAME DAY without an appointment (besides giving a rough ETA when I'd arrive in the same phone call of which I asked for a quote initially). While cost might vary by vehicle's make, model, and year, I paid $139 per window + tax, which I found to be extremely competitive pricing especially given the speed of their work and friendly customer service. I was pleasantly described to receive a clean car without clutter or glass shards upon retrieving my car. If you don't have a ride to pick you up and drop you off, there's a waiting room with comfortable couches and a water station inside. To be clear, my initial impressions were great. I had planned on leaving them a great review. That was until I got almost home. They took $3 worth of quarters out of my ashtray! Normally I wouldn't have noticed, but my wife had asked me to buy a lotto ticket and I had no cash. So I checked and sure enough, I had $3 in quarter's. That was in a closed ashtray right before dropping off. When I stopped on the way home to buy it, it was gone. I called the owner, which said this is the first time he's heard of this, but how many times do you actually check your change? Then the question becomes what else was taken if anything? I don't recommend them. They repaired my windshield which was great. My problem is that they lost part of my seal on top. I think if you take something to get fixed, that should be fixed. You shouldn't leave with anything else missing on your car. The seal was left open. Which pooled water in it. I have tape to cover it. A picture of it missing. Really looks bad. read more

In the past month or so, we've used their services three times. We started with a drivers side window. It was fixed quickly and for a reasonable amount. Then, a few weeks later, my husbands sunroof broke. Although they were closing as my husband drove up, the owner helped him seal up the opening for the night and took the car in first thing after they opened. Found out it got broken in 4 AM on Thu. Started to look up Yelp, chose 2 place to call in few hours. This is one of them. It was really close by so I gave a try first, owner picked up right away aroun 8:45, gave me a quote 149 plus tax for back seat side window. He told me to go to one of his location where I am close to. By 9 am, I left my car and key, head home. (Or I could have waited in the wait area). He said 1 to 1.5 hrs. It was 1.5 hrs. I was sent an email reminder for my appt. Paul texted me ahead of his arrival with an ETA. Paul pointed out some potential issues prior to starting and gave me pricing, if applicable. Afterwards, Paul cleaned up the glass inside and out, and wiped down my dash. He reapplied my EZ Tag and registration sticker and even managed to save my unlimited car wash sticker adequately enough to at least allow some visibility for a replacement, if they need it at the car wash to issue me a new one. My husband accidentally backed up into a wall and busted out the back window to our jeep. I called around to local window repair shops and A+ was the only service who answered promptly. I was told to bring the vehicle in immediately. Once there, I waited for the window to be fixed, about 2 hours. After, we tried to start my vehicle, but it was asking for a theft code. I called the dealership and they let me know that my vehicle thought it was being stolen. A+ assisted me in jumping through numerous hoops to retrieve the code. However, the code ended up not working because we had tried to start the vehicle twice. So, we had to wait 24 hours for the vehicle to start again. A+ allowed me to leave my vehicle at their shop overnight and they drove me to enterprise so I could rent a vehicle. The next day, A+ called me and let me know they were able to start the vehicle and they test drove it around the block to ensure I wouldn't have any issues when I arrived. During such a frustrating time, I could not have asked for a better service team to assist me. They could have easily had a "too bad, your problem" attitude; instead, they were kind and helpful!
