Unfortunately when it comes to thew quality of the product it doesn't match the service provided. Wood is not fully cured , it is very hard to light and will not maintain desirable temperatures. If you order early and age it yourself like I do then these guys are great. I only give 3 stars because after my first experience I called and complained about the wood. I requested more with the stipulation that it must be cured , I even offered to pay extra. After reassurance from Foxwood the order was placed and again the wood was delivered half cured and preformed poorly in my stove. I had to buy kiln dried wood and mix it in to get it started. I now order early to ensure the wood is ready when I need it.
