I asked for an estimate and in less than 5 hours they had already sent me an estimate and possible time slots to decide when was convenient for me to have them clean my garage. I called several companies, but DDJR offered me the best price; later on, while they were engaged in the work, I realized they knew what they were doing. They came two days after I contacted them; about 8am they were at my door asking if they were able to start. By 1pm they had removed all the junk, cleaned the garage floor and walls, loaded the junk in their truck, and I was ready to say goodbye forever to my junk. Matias, the owner, is a courteous, friendly yet professional guy that took his job seriously; the guy working with him followed his direction so there was no idle time for which I was charged. Several times I showed my face by the garage to find out how things were going and while Matias explained to me how the decloaking process was going, the other guy kept working. They brought the necessary equipment and utilized the time effectively. Additionally, I got a really good price. I certainly will not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to family, friends and others.

Then when I asked about it you said, "Sorry, we were working on other business". So, NO I didn't cancel the first time, I canceled the next day when it was pouring down rain and you agreed. Then we set the next appointment and again you didn't show up. Then you responded by blaming me for not giving the right address, all when you were not going to show up again. You had previously responded that you had found my address in a text. All you have to do is look at the string of texts to see that everything I'm saying is absolutely true. You missed two appointments and the other was canceled before you had a chance to not show up. You then chastised me for posting a review on YELP because it hindered your business. What do you think reviews are for? They indicate what kind of service you provide and I simply stated the truth which you also have a problem with. Don't walk away, run as fast as you can!
