RUN AWAY FAST......... These are NOT Professionals…read more I hired these guys to do my pool deck (strip, level, seal). They were nice guys, but their work was poor at most. I expected a crew of two pros to show up with the right tools and make it happen. Instead, Alex showed up with one other person, and basically showed him how to do the process on the spot. Then Alex took off, because he claimed his time was too valuable. While the worker-bee worked hard, he did a poor job of removing the original sealer, and took NO precautions to avoid getting product in my pool... They made a huge mess everywhere...!! I at the end of the day, when I saw the old sealer was still there and said i wasn't happy, Alex said the process would only be about 80% .. meaning this is the best we can do. I didn't accept this, so they made plans to return to do it again... after the second try, it wasn't much better.. So I sent paid them for the stripping job and sent them away.. I have since brought in a new Company who looked at it, and felt the say was as i did about... The new company had a 100% better policy and a 3 year guarantee. They came in and used the proper tools and process as professionals and made my patio look Brand New... which Eddie & Alex said they couldn't do... I'm not sure how Eddie and Alex are getting good reviews because they don't care about quality and getting the job right even though their prices are inline with pros that get it right... I would STAY FAR away from ever using these guys again.. they were a complete waste of money and caused me a lot of work to clean up after them...

From the moment I called in - these folks exceeded expectations Great communication along the way - they were out in 2 days to look at what was needed and less than an hour later we had their quote - which was the best value of the ones we received and reasonable for work needed ! We were given Moe as our project manager and he was awesome. Always respond to questions - got back quickly in communications - let me know along the way what his team was going to do and when. The team they sent to do the dock and lift repairs were friendly and efficient They willingly helped reinstall dock hand rails I removed which wasn't part of the original quote. They left the work site very clean and were respectful of their comings and goings from our driveway to backyard. Major delays as City Inspector required Extensive test on product used. Project is quite difficult but I do not feel appropriate precautions have been taken given condition of Roofs. We have had boards through ceilings. Two workers have fallen through ceiling. I. My condo I've had an individual fall through ceiling, after rain water pouring in my dining room ceiling collapsing. Then now to he ceiling in my bedroom has caved in. Repairs of all these areas underway but I e had to move out of my condo due to damage and fear of more incidents. My husband who is a 100% disabled veteran and I were left in our condo and not informed AC would be out all night. Finally at ,9 pm when temperature reached 87 degrees I. Our unit we left andin side with extreme humidity. We went to a hotel. This could have been a voided by on sight crew advising us our ac would not be working as on roof unit had not been reconnected. For the most part o. Site crew have been polite but after conversation after conversation with them about condition of roof and plea for caution they just keep pressing forward resulting in more and more damage. I have seen Mr Moore very little on site during this complicated construction Other reviews on other sites show how Mr. Moore attacks people who complain even going so far to call them unbalanced. This is my second experience with Mr. Moore as last September he entered by condo and after 15 minutes began attacking contractor I had hired to do major renovation in my condo. He lied to me twice during this incident and got huffy with me when I complained. He said he wD likely to win our coa pending roof contract he told me this in September before the contract had gone for bid,???This incident caused me much stress.and the contractor working with me wrote letter to coa out of necessary to defend themselves. Later to leRn it was my neighbor who sent Mr. Moore over this same neighbor now COA president of board awarding contract. I do report that Mr.Moore is now doing everything he can to ensure I am comfortable and make amends but despite this it is too late now I have suffered damage to my newly renovated condo and extreme emotional stress and personal injury. I'm seeking legal advisement while still trying to be reasonable. But with reluctance I advise caution before hiring this individual. I post this review with reluctance as I suspect an attacking response also will follow causing me even more stress. But I think a review is warranted.

We had two giant Bismarcks that died from Ian and large overgrown bushes along with Arecas that needed trimming. The quote was very reasonable and he said he and his crew could be at our house that afternoon! The work was completed before dark that same day.
