When we pointed the errors out he denied them and said it was just dust and tried to go over the areas with a wet paper towel. When that didn't work claimed it was poor lighting in his shop and returned with stain and polyurethane leaving us with odor in our dining room and when polyurethane dried the finish did not match previous work. We later found more areas of poor preparation and finishing. Poor workmanship and no responsibility for his work.

Another one was a purple frame that was hideous with the painting, and a third time. It was a pending drawing that had to be kept out. You know the air could not be exposed was exposed and got yellowed while it was waiting to be matted and framed and they did a terrible job. They gave me a yellow mat. It looked awful. It's a yellowish yellow it was like an ivory mat. I've had three very bad experiences with this frame shop, and I never use it as a result. they are nice people though, and they're very helpful and they try to help but their ability with the framing and the choices are not good.
