I recently had the need to sell my daughters car due to her passing away. On Friday I met with JP, the Sales Manager. He promptly came out to the car and took a look at it. JP knowing my situation was caring and compassionate. He gave me an offer that was more than generous. I was handed over to Robert Haas who handled all the paperwork, another wonderful, compassionate human being. 1 star becuase you can't give 0. While the Service Staff at this location may seem nice and respectful when they want your money, the exact opposite is true after they have it. Earlier this morning, I overheard the most disgusting conversation inside the service desk check-in area. There was a gentleman asking for the name of a customer, to which he recieved the answer: " Hey, does anyone know what Ree-Rees name is? ". everyone started laughing and some of the employees started mocking the way the lady talked and started talking about how the car "smelled like shit". One employee specifically stood out to me though, the young man who asked for the customers name in the first place, he was clearly not amused and when he saw me out of the corner of his eye he acknowledged my presence, shook his head in disappointment and opened the door for me out my way out. It just so happens that the woman the service staff was talking about has bought multiple After hearing this bizarre interaction I went to the waiting room and struck up a conversation with the customer myself. It just so happens that this woman has multiple vehicles, the one she brought in today was bought at this location and she was proud to say that she gets all her service done here. Not to mention she recently had a stress induced stroke and has a mentally challenged child. I highly recommended she take her business elsewhere from now on as will I. the Service Manager at this location should be embarrassed, I can see why this overpriced dealership has 3.1 stars. I responded to an online ad featuring a used car offered by Eagle Buick. I immediately was barraged with canned emails, 3-4 per day, none answering my questions about the vehicle. After several days of these continuing and often repititious emails, I asked to be removed from their mailing list. The emails continued even after talking to a phone receptionist. This place is outlandishly & laughably expensive. They quoted me $13,000 to fix my car (which needed a rear axle). I literally bursted out laughing on the phone with them, thinking it was a joke and, no she was serious. I told her I bough the car for $5,000 I'm not spending that kind of money to get it fixed. I ended up negotiating a lower price which was nice of them, (hence the 2 stars instead of 1) but it was still outrageously expensive, costing me nearly $5,000! The ONLY reason why I took my car here was because I take incredibly good care of my cars, I love them and collect them and literally spare no expense to keep them perfectly maintained and in museum quality however, I did not want to drive my car with a broken axle to Tampa to my normal mechanic (a SAAB Specialist) and I thought this dealership with a similar Buick model would provide the best service. Also, I brought my car there after a fresh detail and it came to me completely filthy and filled with pine needles and a dead battery which they warned me to bring a new battery to pick up the car or I could buy a $300 battery from them. Having lived outside the US for two decades, I was overwhelmed by sticker shock and frustrated with my search for a solid car at the right price. I am in the process of selling my used car, a mini Cooper... This dealership gave me an offer over the Internet. When I got there, they inspected the car drove the car said they were going to contact a couple of wholesalers and get back to me at 4 o'clock later that day, so I had an appointment with them at 11 spent over 2 1/2 hours with them and then was waiting till four to get their firm bid price. They never gave it to me., so I contacted the first sales person via email and have never heard back from her. I contacted the salesman that was helping me via text and left messages at the office. He contacted me back apologized said it was all his fault, so I asked him well what is the price? And when can I come pick up a check and then I never heard back from him. My car will buy a car from them or take my car there for service or even talk to them at this point I don't think because they are the poorest dealership I've ever been to in my life and I'm 63 years old. I drove 1.5 hours today to meet with Linda to view a transit van that was advertised on auto trader. After the test drive I was informed that the price was actually $2000 more than what was advertised. Their reasoning was most people have a trade in worth at least $2000. In challenging the manager, Russ he sheepishly admitted that it's the only way they can get people in the door and "every dealer does it". I doubt that is true. I just wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience. Yesterday was my first actual visit to the Sevice Department for my initial oil change, I was so very impressed with the entire staff. Upon walking up to the Service Deparment I was greated with a good morning and a big smile, as I entered the building there were two clients in front of me but the staff quickly greeted me with a smile and assured me that someone would be right with me. Then an employee asked my name and told me the Scott would be assisting me today . He was most professional and made sure to introduce me to Kim who would be driving me back to my office. She was so kind and upbeat as the entire staff was. You just don't see this level of service every day. The service was prompt and most professional. I was quoted over $1100 to replace the rear air bag suspension with coil springs on our 2006 GMC Envoy Denali. The estimate called for 5 hours of labor at $120 per hour. I did the repair myself in 1 hour (one) and 15 minutes. I have never done this repair before. There was a grand total of 2 (two) bolts that had to be removed! I have told quite a few people about this dealership trying to gouge us for this repair and I will continue to recommend people stay away from Eagle GMC. I do have a well equipped home shop (with a lift), but I saw many posts on the Trailblazer / Envoy forum (trailvoy) where many others have replaced a failed air bag suspension with coil springs in under 2 hours. read more

We made the trip and arrived to find a vehicle exactly as described and all paperwork prepared as discussed . Absolutely no bate and switch , no surprise add ons . I purchased a 2018 Camaro SS for 45k from them nearly five months ago. My son and I drove from Atlanta, GA to make this purchase. I also purchased an extended warranty. The salesman Nick B was great, however the finance manager Robert Ernstes turned out to be a complete "#$$" 'll tell you more later. I could not believe that it took them 4 months to finally get my title and Georgia tag. They had to pay over $400 in penalties to get my tags. This was after numerous calls to them with runaround excuses they never call you back. It wasn't until I spoke with Jim Martin one the managers that I was able to get expedited results. Back to Robert. He accused me of not being a man of my word because he was P.O. that I wanted to cancel my warranty. Now mind you I drove over 500 miles one way and purchased the vehicle at I'm sure was COVID-19 up charge prices. I did not dicker around on the price. The only agreement I had with Bob was that I would allow them to do in-house financing because I had already been pre-approved from my local bank and this would streamline the process, however with the understanding that I was going to refinance the loan as soon as I returned to Atlanta which I did at a rate they could not match. We agreed on the price and had everything narrowed down to me pretty much coming to pick the vehicle up considering my bank approved the loan at an impressive APR%. Brought in our deceased uncles 2016 to trade in. Met with Mark, the salesperson who gave us the book value price and my husband signed that receipt. Mark, did not include or mention that there was a warranty still on the car. I received a notice from CNA National that there was a refund of $1524.00 on the balance of the warranty to contact Eagle Buick finance dept. I spoke with, Kay, and she told me that when my husband took the courtesy ride home he signed a paper that stated he waived any warranties on the car. Like everyone, we always dread the car buying experience. Obnoxious, relentless sales people, the the "well let's meet the sales manager routine, then the finance manager trying to up sell. Then spend 4 to 5 hours at the dealership. Sucks. Not at Eagle! From seeing the truck on the lot, to meeting Mark Melleti, our sales rep, it was a low key, no pressure and relaxed experience. His persona and straight forward handling of this transaction contributed greatly to our decision to purchase the truck here at Eagle. You can tell Immediately that it is a family owned and operated business by the demeanor of their employees. Everyone I met with there was friendly and went out of there way to assist us. Mark handled our entire transaction and negotiations from start to finish. The finance manager was extremely easy to work with and very quick and efficient. Mark delivered our truck spotless, clean, and full of fuel. He ordered a second key remote for us gratis. Done! Then we had a couple of small items needing attention directly after taking the truck. The service department jumped right the issues, made the minor repairs, and sent us on our way. Now keep in mind this was a used vehicle and once it was ours they had no responsibility to repair. But this dealership took care of the items. You don't find that kind of service there days especially from "corporate chain dealerships". We will buy again from Eagle. This complaint is coming from my mama: she purchased a 2009 Chrysler 300 from Randy Lee. She visited soon after the purchase of her car to get the fender on her car repaired. Randy Lee promised her that he would make arrangements to come to ocala to repair this in her driveway..( someone got amnesia) then she had to get her key remote re-programmed. She sat there all day just to be told in the end that they couldn't do it again. Broken promises by Randy. Mom is still waiting on a check from this company that was promised to her so my mom can have sears automotive replace the sensor in her car..I guess I need to call on her behalf to light a fire under someone's butt.
