Arrived, they took pictures of my truck for a trade in and we went inside, where they tell me oh by the way that truck was apparently sold last night. Didn't bother to mention it when I confirmed with them, but they said they could get another. While they were looking I walked around the lot, truck was still there without a Sold sticker on it, which legally has to be on it if it's sold, and checked online and the same truck was still listed but for $11,000 more than it was yesterday. I get that sometimes errors happen on online pricing but rather than just be honest about it they wasted 3 hours of my work day. They then tell me that my truck they would typically sell for 115k, they offered me 90k, so they're luring you ion with false advertising and then trying to make 25k on a trade in, walked out and will never return.

Purchased a new Highlander from Village Toyota. With 5000 miles we had a flat tire. No biggie…read more Just a flat tire in a local business parking lot. Tire was changed in the parking lot. Not driven on the flat tire. The following day I took the tire Village Toyota and was told there was no charge for repairing a very small hole. After approximately one hour a service writer approached my wife and I. She stated that the tire was compromised. She stated the tire could not be repaired. However, for a total price ( $350.) with a credit of $200. we could be on our way with a replacement tire. I examined the tire before ever taking it to Village Toyota. I knew this was a lie. Later that day I had the tire repaired at a Firestone dealer in Crystal River. The tire was removed from the rim and checked thoroughly and found to be repairable. In 45 minutes and a $30 dollar bill we were on our way. I was assured that if the tire was unsafe, they would have informed me. So, after this experience I will not return to this dealership in the future for any purchases or service.

Consumers don't have to pay this and should not be treated unfairly ... imagine any other retail buy that increased over listed price, tax and the required governmental fees. 2000+ for a car wash or two on a 2023 unit with 8k miles and original tires. No wonder Carfax shows it has been sitting between your franchises for months.
