Great price I had my driveway done by Eagle Concrete and pavers , the were prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional they payed attention to detail and answered all my questions and if I had an issue, they were over there to make Sure that my concerns were resolved. The driveway came out absolutely amazing. The edge of the driveway shows no concrete just a clean transition from Pavers to grass. Its very nice. I've seen other companies do a Job and Not come out so nice but Eagles Paver done a wonderful wonderful job. I must say my wife is happy. I'm happy and And I would truly recommend them now keep in mind. They did my driveway a year ago. I like to wait a year so that way I know I can give a acutate review , I once had my roof done and I gave a good review right after the roof was done and when I had a roof leak, they didn't even honor their warranty so would that be a said? I waited a year and this company was great throughout the whole year on the warranty . They stood behind their Kyle was Extremely tentative to all my questions From beginning to end, I give them 10 stars if I can . I will definitely recommend them to anybody looking for Pavers or even Concrete very knowledgeable company . I'm glad I used them. also, at the apron of the driveway that is at the very bottom where the driveway meets the street When it rains, the water just goes off that at just the right pitch. BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT do business with Eagle Concrete Corp, Louis Machado, and his family operated business. After working with them for 6 months, they decided to walk off our project b/c they realized they weren't qualified to do the work.....but only after they poured our driveway. We contracted with Eagle Concrete to rip out and install a black concrete driveway with a stamped design, which was discussed at length prior to signing the contract, including pics and videos of what we wanted. We were assured by Louis, multiple times, they could do it. After four months of waiting for our permit, due to several clerical errors by Eagle Concrete, the day finally came to pour. I noticed immediately the concrete was not black and stopped the work. Turns out Louis never ordered our color. He even tried to cover this up by calling me the night before to tell me the shade might be off due to the mixture, but that would be fixed by tinting the sealer. He tried to use the color slate in place of the ultra-black we had selected. Now they had to demo the driveway again and order the correct color, costing us 2 more wks. When they finally poured, they messed up the design so badly that the entire driveway had to be demo'd again. Louis did not communicate or coordinate with his crews about the design. They didn't even have the correct tools and began to modify the ones they had in an attempt to make them work. At one point, Louis told me they'd fix the errors by "grinding" the design into the driveway, which isn't even possible. They also failed to measure properly, so as the design was cut in, our squares eventually turned into diamonds. They failed to protect the newly poured sidewalk, so the black concrete ruined it. They failed to protect our newly painted garage door, which was splattered with concrete, ruining the paint, and now has to be repainted. And as you can see in the pics, they failed to properly mix the color, so we ended up with a black and gray driveway. The next morning, Louis had his crew demo a portion of our driveway b/c of how messed up it was, leaving us with an inaccessible driveway and a safety hazard. We didn't hear from Louis again except to tell us his parents pulled him off our project. After pleading with Eagle Concrete for a week to finish what they started, they chose to walk off the job, stating they no longer had the qualified manpower for the work. They offered a full refund in exchange for our silence (see pic of letter). We had to start the process all over again with a new contractor, and quickly found out prices had increased significantly since we originally contracted with Eagle Concrete. We were left with no choice but to sue Eagle Concrete, who's still holding our $13k+ in payments. read more

My mom is getting older and she is not as skilled at picking companies to work at her home, so my sister and I have taken over. After my mother was taken for money on 3 driveway jobs...and I was only able to get back money from two of them, we said, "that's enough of the guys driving around in a truck offering to work"..they rip you off and they are not licensed. So I searched and found Eagle Concrete. Kyle came over when scheduled, very polite and professional, and you know what? Eagle was the same price as the "guys in the truck" AND I know I can depend on them. They handled the permit and survey and showed up to do the driveway replacement in two visits...1 to break up the old and take it away and form up the driveway, the next day to pour. A few days later, we were driving on driving way and parking on the parkway (a joke)...No, they did a super job and I can fully recommend Eagle Concrete and Kyle, who was super professional and uber polite. We were so pleased with the work that we decided to stay with Eagle Concrete Corporation to install hurricane impact windows and doors. The window sills in our home have a tile around them the workers took their time and installed six windows without breaking one tile. We were delighted with the work that they had done so far that we decided to use them to create a master bedroom and bathroom in our home. Once again, Wagner and his team did an amazing job. We hired Eagle to do our patio. We chose to use this company over others because we had seen his work and it was quite good. Communication was a bit less than I would have liked as far as keeping me updated, but he did have the project completed by the time he stated once all the supplies were in. The job was done beautifully, however there was aparently a communication error on the length of the patio. In the end we reached a compromise. His work is beautiful but I would advise to make sure everything even the tiniest detail is in the contract so there is no communication errors. read more

Eagle Concrete knocked out my master bedroom wall which had a window and installed a sliding glass door which opened the room up beautifully. The work was excellent, and the job was complete in record time. I cannot say enough GREAT things about the crew. You can image the mess that knocking down a wall would create. Wagner's guys were the most consciences team I have ever hired. They protected my carpet and built a plastic wall to contain the messy debris as much as possible. I watched them tape up my outdoor furniture to protect it and they even pulled up my garbage cans and unplugged my Christmas lights in the morning on their way in. I used Eagle Concrete to replace a crumbling asphalt driveway with a beautiful new stamped concrete driveway late last year. Initially I thought my contact, Wagner, was very pleasant and professional. He presented himself as being very friendly and honest during the quote process. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. His crew ended up CRACKING our main sewer line with their equipment while breaking up the old driveway, apparently they didn't do whatever due diligence was needed to determine where the utilities were. We had sewage backing up into the house and couldn't take a shower or flush the toilets or wash clothes / dishes for well over a week during the holidays last year which was a HUGE inconvenience and cause of stress and anxiety. Our plumber indicated that in order to gain access to the area of the main sewer line that was broken, a portion of the new driveway would need to be torn up. All during this process Wagner was insisting that his crew was not the ones who broke the pipe and demanding that we pay him in full because, according to him, his work was done. He became quite irrational and was trying to bully me and my retired mother (both of us are single women) into making the final payment. We were already dealing with a very unpleasant situation with the plumbing backing up and Wagner's attitude made it far more unpleasant. Fortunately, I have worked in the legal field for many years and refused to pay him the final payment until the plumber was able to determine the cause of the plumbing backup. Once the section of new driveway was torn up (which was a huge fiasco and MESS in and of itself), the plumber showed us how the section of main sewer line was CRACKED due to the heavy equipment Wagner's crew used to break up the old driveway. The rest of the main sewer line (the part not under the new driveway) was in very good condition, only the section UNDER the new driveway had a heavy dent and crack in it. Obviously, I deducted the cost to repair the plumbing issue THEY CAUSED from the final payment I made, which I texted in great detail with Wagner about before I mailed the final payment. I also had several very long e-mail exchanges with him and pointed out in writing over and over that his crew broke the plumbing and therefore the cost to repair the plumbing was being deducted from the final payment. I was then harassed by Wagner by text for several weeks after I mailed the final payment with him claiming I still owed him money because, as he said, his crew was there when the portion of driveway was removed and, although none of them spoke English, they apparently told him what our English-only speaking plumber said (I'm not sure how that works! But, according to Wagner, his crew told him that our plumber said that the plumbing was old and rusted and broke on it's own - which was NOT TRUE). I'm not sure if Wagner's crew really told him this or if he was making it up in an effort to bully me into NOT deducting the plumbing bill from his final payment. In any event, dealing with Wagner was not pleasant at all and it is appalling to me that someone would conduct themselves in such an aggressive, rude, unprofessional and harassing manner when his crew CLEARLY made a mistake and broke our main plumbing line. Even if it wasn't their fault (which it WAS), he SHOULD have been more professional and understanding throughout the process while we were dealing with sewage backing up into our home during the holidays. Wagner's crew also damaged the paint job on our house which, in hindsight, I wish I would have deducted from his final payment along with an amount for the inconvenience of not having working plumbing for well over a week during the holidays. I will say that the driveway is beautiful and we get compliments on it all the time but dealing with this guy was a MAJOR headache. He appeared to have a heavy drinking problem and was in the habit of aggressively and rudely texting both me and my mother after having several drinks late in the evening. Some of the texts he sent were after 10 pm on a Saturday evening! SO unprofessional!!! He only stopped after I told him that he was harassing me and that if he didn't stop I would have to pursue my legal remedies under the law. We had the pleasure of meeting Wagner A., owner of Eagle Concrete Corp, right when we were wanting to complete a renovation of both our front driveway as well as our back yard pool terrace earlier this year. He helped us come up with a great design and the once completed we could not have been happier with the results. More recently, we decided that we wanted to completely renovate our kitchen as well. I would absolutely give this business 0 stars if I could. Kyle came to my home last week and it was not a pleasant experience. I asked about repairing my existing driveway with stamped concrete pavers. He started offering to replace the entire driveway. Then he eluded to the city may require me to replace the sidewalk to 4 inch sidewalks because to bring them up to code. What Kyle does not know is the city has been out here several times for other work I have completed on the home. This week when they came to inspect repairs I asked about this. I was told I would be grandfathered in because the city did the original work and they cant require me to replace the sidewalks all the way up/down the street. Which most of the neighborhood has 5 inch sidewalks. This is a up and coming area that is undergoing gentrification. The city will not hinder people from making any legal improvements to the properties by requiring them to replace every side walk. Also, it would look terrible if I only replaced my own sidewalk. Kyle then gave me a price of 10,000 dollars to replace the entire driveway. Which was shocking because the least price I have been given is 8,000 for repairs. I asked Kyle for that in writing and he said he would get it to me. Shocker, I have not received anything. I have also not received any answer to calls or text messages. I personally feel that Kyle did not want to deal with us because of what preconceived notions he may have of our socioeconomic status. Like Kyle, I graduated also from FIU but with a Masters in Business Administration and my husbands in electrical engineering. I believe Kyle was gaslighting us, but if he gave that to us in writing I would have probably contacted them. It is sad that we have to deal with companies that do not have sound business ethics or morals. Also, Kyle came off as very weird. read more
