Recently we had to replace a ceiling light and realized the paint they used on the ceiling had unexpectedly caused the light trim to stick. In order to replace the light, we had to damage the ceiling. Over 2 years after they completed their work, we called to tell them what was going on and they sent someone over right away to fix the ceiling! Just wow!
