During the party, the owner was not welcoming or friendly, and we felt the overall attitude toward us and our guests was rude. At the end of the party, we went out of our way to clean up after ourselves and leave the space in good condition. After we had already cleaned, we were then told that cleaning was actually something they were supposed to handle.The owner was there watching us clean up and never once mentioned she and her staff will take care of it. She sat there but was ready to get paid at the end. We even called it bring it to her attention and her response was " that's just one opinion". I guess she should care a little more being there were NO other customers in the store while we were there. She was so rude and didn't even make my little birthday girl feel special. If anything she acted annoyed and like we were a bother What should have been such a special and exciting birthday experience for my daughter ended up being very disappointing.
