It's actually California law that gas stations are required to provide free gas and water when you buy gasoline. Then it was taken over by the current owner, who somehow managed to fire the entire experienced crew-some with decades here-and replace them with people who can't do half the work this place advertises. Basic services that were once routine are now apparently "not something we do," which is an interesting business model for a service bay. The new staff seem confused, undertrained, and completely out of their depth. It takes real talent to ruin a business this thoroughly, but here we are.
