He agreed and after meetings to tighten up the design and engage his plumber we trusted our home to Gage and his team and left. Before we left he told us he not only planned on building the stairs but basically completing the entire job! While we were gone we got consistent updates, pictures and videos of the progress. President Ben Fullerton called right back then came down that day to survey the work, provided me with an estimate then, realizing I had a real emergency on hand, moved me to the top of his list and arranged his schedule to match mine such that he could get started asap. Pretty amazing. To summarize, once he got underground, the job turned out to be bigger than he first thought, but he kept me apprised of exactly what was required. He had to sub out some electrical work, and once he got the bill from the electrician he felt it was too high. Rather than just silently pass it along to me, he went to bat and got it lowered to a more reasonable number. Again, pretty amazing. I can't recommend Ben and his company highly enough: Very prompt service, very reasonable cost and most important, high quality, professional results. What more could you ask? Oh, I know... he and his co-workers are just really nice, pleasant folks to deal with.
