We had a home theater system installed over five years ago. The system worked very well until the…read morepast few months when the remote control device began to fail. The hand-held remote was wearing out and the connectivity between components was unreliable. We were forced to start using the various remotes that came with the original components which was a real pain. I started looking around for a service provider that would be able to replace the remote control system. Calls to a few local companies were never returned, probably because this was a small job compared to a full home theater installation. I received a quote from my original installer and it was a lot more than I wanted to spend on a remote control system. On a community bulletin board I received three recommendations for Cloud MIS. My initial call was returned within an hour and an appointment set up to have a technician check out my needs. I am glad I received those referrals. Cloud MIS was able to provide an excellent remote control system at a reasonable cost. He gave us 3 options to choose from with the benefits of each and didn't try to sell us on anything. He is so nice and I miss having him around. He was patient with my clumsiness working everything and even came back to make adjustments so that it is perfect and I know how to use it. The only down side is that my husband and I are watching way too much TV and now want to upgrade to the biggest baddest TV screen we can get.
