We really struggled to find someone who could run an interior propane line and convert our natural gas range to LP/propane. We eventually found one through Angi. The price quoted was astronomical. Finally, we found Rescue Plumbing and Drain Cleaning through a recommendation on Nextdoor and inquired about an estimate. We were thrilled to discover not only could they perform the required job, but they could do it immediately AND their charge was in-line and very affordable. We worked with both Matt, the owner, and Ron, their gasline expert, who were both timely, professional, efficient and, best of all, nice - reminiscent of tradesmen from back in the day. We are over-the-moon happy with the work they provided and will call on them for all our plumbing needs! We highly recommend!

He was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. Had to get a new toilet which he was able to obtain for us and he came back Tuesday morning and installed the new toilet. We were under a tight timeline because we had company arriving on Wednesday. He did all that he could to get our problem resolved as quickly as possible. Our water heater failed and we had a time with 2 different plumbers and our home warranty service…read more Our home warranty service finally decided to pay us off since the Bradford White direct vent gas hot water heater is discontinued. So I called AAA Plumbing & Drain and they were out Wednesday afternoon to visit my wife who is at home. They picked up a 40 gallon direct vent gas hot water heater and got it to the house. The old hot water heater was so full of crud it wouldn't drain right. It took two men and a dolly to wrestle it out of the way and they put it on the back porch where it would drain. Then they had a time installing the new unit because the flue for the direct vent was larger and they had to enlarge the hole through the cinder block wall. They had to come back the next day to finish the job. But they got it done and finished. It took a lot more work than originally estimated so I paid more for their service. But they came as they said and got the job done. I would recommend them to others and they will not rob you blind. These folks are a mom and pop operation and will get the job done right.

Overcharged me. Had gurgling in tub and sink when washer drained, said I probably had a second…read moreseptic tank but that traps and vents and snaking should fix problem. Thought it was complex work that would take hours. Quoted $350. Well, they were done in less than an hour and it didn't fix the gurgling! I don't even think they snaked as nothing seemed disturbed and didn't hear any noise. Cost $350!!! Which again I agreed to but thought they were doing a lot more work. Learned a lesson, get several quotes!
