Had my fence installed today and I could not be happier. It was all I hoped it would be, but it did…read moretake a lot longer than expected. I have learned that some things are just worth the wait. We signed a contract on August 13th with a 50% deposit, but couldn't get a start date until the HOA approved. The HOA approved a few weeks latter and we were given an install date of November 16th. It was going to take that long because we ordered a specialty color (anything other than white) and there was a major back order from the manufacturer. I wasn't happy about it, but I understood and was patient. Just before the 16th of November I got a call saying that they had to cancel because the order still had not arrived. Again, I was disappointed, but things happen that are outside all our controls. On December 1st I got a call saying that they would be out on the 3rd to install. It was a great Christmas gift. They arrived just after 9am and worked until about 4:30 PM. They were awesome. They worked straight through, with no breaks and guys had wonderful personalities. Very easy to talk to and get along with. For the most part I let them alone to do their job. I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. There were some mishaps with busted irrigation pipes, but I realize that is the nature of the beast if you aren't sure where/how they are running. NO PROBLEM! They were prepared for these instances and repaired them without any problem. When they finished, they cleaned up after themselves and explained warranty and maintenance instructions. Customer service from start to finish was terrific and the saying is right...good things come to those who wait.

Estimater showed up and was very arrogant (knew everythingabout fencing?). Quoted a price and wanted half down (resonable). I produced the original permit and he came back from his vehicle with "we can do a replacement on the old permit so no time required for new permitting but I would have to payfull price up front which I agreed to. I told him I would need a few days as I was having yard cleanup done and he said no problem they could wait until that was complete. I texted estimater a few days later when the work was complete and he replied "understood, sir" no word about scheduling. I called the main office after a month and asked when I was scheduled and was told that I would be told when it was scheduled. A few days later I again talked to them and they said I could be scheduled for the end of August (2 MONTHS after the estimate). She said the estimater should have told me it would take 6-8 weeks.Today was the scheduled install and I recieved a voice mail saying the crew truck was in need of repair and they would have to reschedule. I called the main office again and was told the scheduler (who left me the voice mail) wasn't in yet and she would leave a message for her to contact me. I'd had enough and asked for a refund and was told the scheduler would do that. I asked to speak to the Owner and "he isn't in, he come and goes". I asked if he had a cell phone and she got nasty and said "I can't give you his personal cell number. (I Wanted her to call him and have him call me but never got a chance to say as I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then to a voice mail that may or maynot have recorded my message. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and buyer beware. Update I called on August 31 (Monday) and was told by the person in the office that someone posted my refund on Saturday August 30. I called today(September 8) and was told the person I needed to speak with was in a meeting and took my number for them to return my call. I called back 2 hours later and got put on hold immediately. After time, I was sent to a voicemail which I left a message to please return my call. I called again 2 hours later and was told I should dispute the charge with my credit card company (which takes up to 90 days to complete, a fact that allows this company to have my money to use free of charge for 5 months). DO NOT PAY them in advance. They like to have your money.

The foreman, Gerardo, was rarely on-site, communication was difficult, and I had to follow up for over five weeks to get the job completed correctly. Owner Gio also failed to follow through on commitments made to address our concerns. When investing in a fence, quality matters for long-term integrity and durability of the installation. Based on the poor workmanship, lack of supervision, and the need for repeated follow-up to correct issues, I strongly DO NOT recommend this company.
