Plopped down in his chair clicked some buttons, checked his emails and team mails. Flipped a screen around and said check this and this and this and this with not one word of what we were signing. No mention of how much payments would be. No communication at all, like we were bothering him. We had to leave our jobs to meet with this mad at the world dude, we lost money to do this, but hey not his problem right. He went to print papers and I heard Jack S tell a co -worker Oh I am just working on something stupid, when I turned to look at him through the glass he and the other gentleman was looking directly at me. Fuming...my husband told me not to say anything, didn't want me to cause a scene, because I wanted to with every being of my soul. Did we get things settled yesterday??? NO, he could not give us any information on when a check would be given to us...THEY OWE US MONEY, and that we would need to check back in with them sometime in the next couple days!!!! Toward the end of our process, the person stated that they didn't have enough cash to finish the transaction. Then I was asked if I had a debit card attached to my bank account. I gave her the card - and at the end of our session, she gave it back to me. She told me that she had transferred the money to my card. After leaving there, I checked to see if the money had been put on my account via my card. Nothing was there the several times I checked. I called the store and spoke with her about the issue. She said that she did not put money on the card, and she had given the cash to me. We discussed that several times, because I am afraid to walk around with cash. I knew I hadn't received cash, but she did argue every point I suggested. As such, I would encourage everyone to be very careful with the staff members there. I choose not to mention names. I have been there before, and was pleased with all of the others I have worked with. I wish this lady the best for her family. I don't mind being wrong about the situation, because I wouldn't have been there if I hadn't needed the money. The only reason I didn't suspect anything while I was there was because she pushed the card back to me after she had "finished" - then she said she had put the money on my card. She didn't bother to retract that statement until I called after being unable to find the money in my account. If she needs the money that bad, I feel sorry for her. I wasn't there because I had a lot of money in the bank and needed to give some away. Please be careful, so you don't go through the same thing I did. It adds more pain to how you felt before going there.
