He was very rude, condescending, he kept questioning if I was myself or somebody else even after I verified myself with two other customer service representatives. He kept over talking me, he kept interrupting me, he asked me a question and before I got a chance to answer, he would ask another question or say something rude and condescending back. I am withdrawing my investment, even accepting a $2000 penalty because I don't wanna do business with them anymore because they are rude and they are not helpful and just downright unprofessional. It sad me to think this is what this country is coming to. Terrible customer service, unprofessionalism, and just a plain disregard for humanity. The customer service manager hung up on me after I was nothing but polite and professional and respectful.
