I wish there were more reviews on this company at the time I purchased my car…read more AIF use my card infor without permission to run a transaction that I did not authorize/schedule. Stan noted my accnt I verbally gave him permission to run a transaction but I never spoke to Stan and did not believe he was a real person. I followed up with AIF and was told by Kristina Lawson that she would have a manager reach out to me but a few days later said its not the company policy for managers to speak with customers in these situations where an employee runs a fraudulent transaction using the customers card info. Kristina repeatedly said in repsonse to my concerns about the fraud "you are angry" and "just pay". I reminded her of the serious nature of these crimes since AIF is a business/ that I had requested to speak to a manager at least 1 week prior. Kristina said she handled the employee, I didn't need a manager, just pay. The same employee who did the fraud Stan just answered the phone 2 days ago after Kristina handled him he still works there. I am forced to give them more financial infor after the bank said not to because AIF has already proved to be dishonest/ won't address their actions that are fraudulent/other secure ways to pay that does not result in the bank closing my account. This has been going on for over a month and they still refuse to let me speak to anyone except kristina Lawson and Stan, the employee who ran the fraud transaction. DO NOT BUY FROM CARPLEX!!! If you are in a bind with finanaces/credit, I promise they will make the situation worse doing things like this against you, how will you be able to go to another loan provider? Don't go to Carplex in the first place/DO NOT deal with American International Finace. If you see Kristina Lawson name clutch your pocketbook/RUN. Close your bank accounts before Stan can get to them. Anybody can be grateful for a second chance at anything especially a second chance at something invovling credit but what is the true cost of a second chance? Usually its higher interest rates; not fraud.

I have had a HORRIBLE experience with Oak Motors. Honestly, they should be called "Side of the Road…read moreMotors." I've had nothing but problems with the vehicle since the day I got it. This year alone, I've had to bring it in for service three different times for the same issue. I rely on my car to get to work and make my payments, but they've made that nearly impossible. Fast forward to Tuesday, 9/30--my car is back in their service department yet again for the exact same problem. To make matters worse, they won't even answer the phone when I call for updates. On Tuesday, I actually overheard someone say, "I didn't mean to answer the phone for her, I meant to put her on hold"--then I was placed back on hold until they closed. Completely unprofessional. All I want is a clear answer on what's happening with my car, and if they can't fix the issue, they should put me in another vehicle. This whole experience has been beyond frustrating, and I would not recommend Oak Motors to anyone--I wouldn't even send my dog there.

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I'm writing this letter to express just how deeply upset and disappointed I am with my most recent experience with Oak Motors. As a four-time customer, I never imagined I'd be treated this poorly or be put through such an exhausting and unacceptable situation. When I purchased this fourth vehicle--a truck--from Oak Motors, the problems began almost immediately. Within the first 30 days, the front axles had to be replaced. Shortly after, the truck began sputtering and jerking every time I came to a stop. That was just the beginning. The service department told me the vehicle was burning through oil and they refilled it, asking me to drive another 1,000 miles before bringing it back. I did exactly that, only to be told again that the oil was low and that the engine needed to be replaced. I agreed to the engine replacement, trusting Oak Motors to make it right. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Once the engine was replaced, the check engine light came on and has remained on ever since--for at least four to five months now. I've brought the truck back countless times, each time being promised a fix that never comes. I was told at one point the truck might need yet another engine, and another time that using an OEM part might solve the issue. Nothing has worked. The light always comes right back on the moment I drive away from your service center. Trying to deal with the service department has been a nightmare in itself. They rarely answer the phone, never call back, and I've even been hung up on. I have to constantly chase them down to get any kind of update. I've requested several times to be traded into another vehicle, especially after being told by IFC that this would be an option if the service department couldn't resolve the issue. Now, suddenly, I'm being told that's no longer possible, with no clear explanation as to why. To make matters worse, no loaners are ever available when my vehicle is in the shop, leaving me without transportation for days at a time. I've been more than patient, but this has become absolutely unacceptable. What's even more frustrating is the fact that I've referred others to Oak Motors, and yet I'm being treated like my loyalty and business mean nothing. As a repeat customer, this is beyond disappointing. But let me miss a payment, and suddenly your team knows exactly how to call and chase me down--for a truck that's never worked properly since day one. I've had enough. At this point, all I want is to be released from this vehicle altogether, or to be traded into a different, reliable vehicle immediately. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership, and I can confidently say I will never refer another person to Oak Motors again. Sincerely, Jamaine Harding jamaineharding8@gmail.com

They told me that they could fit me in the same day. I drove up there and told them that I would wait for the vehicle. in their customer waiting area. Their waiting room is adequate. They have free wifi, television, coffee and soda. It is not other comparable service centers, that have their own cafe that serves complimentary food. There are lounge chairs and workstations available. The staff there is nice, but I am not comfortable with some of their practices. I was told that there was a recall on my vehicle and that they would diagnose the issue with my vehicle for a fee. When it was all said and done, they completed my vehicles recall, and told me that they think they diagnosed my issue, but it would cost $500 to fix. And get this, the fix may not even work. So, that costs me over $90 to tell me that something is wrong with my truck and they could try to fix it for $500 more dollars, but no guarantees. I was floored. To add to my issue, I did not get a print out or any documentation of what they found (mind you I paid $94) so I could take it elsewhere and see if they could repair the issue they found. I left with my vehicle that my or may not be able to be fixed according to them and a receipt for absolutely nothing.

They threw $5,000+ at it for prep work (brakes, oil filter housing, track bar, valve covers, spark plug seals, fluids, etc.) and told me it was all checked out and "fixed." Their own internal worksheet proved they knew about P0300, P0302, and P0303 misfire codes. Yet they never replaced the spark plugs (I pulled a badly carbon-fouled one from cylinder 3 days later) and the O2 sensors had never been changed either. Firestone has now found a failing hydraulic lifter on cylinder 3, missing valve cover bolts, battery cables that were literally sliced/hacked, loose terminals, missing fasteners, and other loose nuts/bolts all over the engine bay. The same misfires keep coming back. I've already dumped $860 on new O2 sensors plus coils, plugs, and diagnostics. When I brought everything back they hid behind "as-is, no warranty" and claimed they "only do safety checks." The salesman kept pushing how "benevolent" their service team was. This place lacks integrity. They knew the Jeep had problems, did the cheapest partial fixes, and dumped it on me anyway. Do not buy any vehicle from this dealership. They will screw you over and then gaslight you when you complain. Save yourself the headache and money -- go somewhere else.
