I've used them a few times. They are really helpful for the few times I've locked myself out of my car.

The first locksmith that came up on my search was Access. I left a message that I needed a locksmith. They in turn sent my number to Eagle Locksmith. 2 girls showed up at my home without any credentials (which is my 1st mistake) When I asked them who they were with all i heard was Eagle so I asked "Eagle Security" she said yes. She let me think she was with Eagle Security. I told them i didn't think the front door could be opened because a security bolt on the inside had accidentally flipped onto the inside of the door. My mistake-it was the lock on the front door which needed adjusting. 2nd they said they could not open my screen doors on my back porch (3rd mistake) they opened a window and crawled through to open my doors from the inside. 4th) She kept saying "Oh I can do this and I can do that" never once saying how much It would cost. It seemed she kept looking for ways to increase my bill. I feel she took advantage of the fact that I was upset and anxious about the whole incident. By the time she finished, the price of the call of $120 went to $268. She was never able to tell me how and what she was charging me for. I asked for a receipt /itemized statement. She said she would send it later in the afternoon. I asked for it the 2nd and 3rd day and It's 4 days later- I still haven't received it. I have called several times. When i called the main number 575-526-8888 a man answered in Mexico. He said he would see me personally and talk to his locksmith. Still haven't heard from them. I've called Elizabeth several times and she still has not sent me a statement. I will not use them again. P.S. I am retired and live on a fixed income. read more

I called at 2:30 in the morning and Eagle came out in a few minutes and opened my truck door on 3 seconds. He made us a duplicate key for our door in less than one minute. For 15 extra dollars it is worth it. I'll never be locked out again. Thanks Eagle!!!!! read more

I opted to have it programmed after he charged me $100 he advised me that it only would have no warranty then he jokingly said "1 day warranty " and I argued that he should have told me that before he charged me. read more

On Sunday June 27th 2021 I called Eagle Locksmith for help. I was locked out of my Apartment. Apparently the dead bolt was broken and I was in able to use my key to unlock the door. Jose arrived 30 minutes later and he was able to replace the dead bolt with a new one. He gave me the new key and he changed me $120. He wasn't able to take a credit card so I wrote him a check. He also wasn't able to give me a receipt He told me he would deliver me a receipt the next day. I called the next day and was told they were in El Paso so I would have to wait until Tuesday. I called Tuesday and they said they would deliver one later today the asked me to text them my address, which I did. After waiting all morning and part of the afternoon I called again and they hung up on me! I called again and got a recording say they weren't available this evening. I called again and got the same recording. I need the receipt to be reimbursed by my landlord. This is totally unacceptable!!! read more

I had a bad experience with this locksmith they came to make me a key for my 08 ram , he sent his assciate she came to my home misprogramed a key and locked up the pcu , I called her back she came and made another key but by than the damage was done they charged me twice the going rate 180$ I asked for my money back , becuse it will cost alot to get my pcu reprogramed at the dealer, the owner came to my hoime and made a lot of excuses and made up lies that the warenty was not valed becuse I had hooked up the truck to tow it to the dealer . it was a really bad experience I do not recomend this lock smith or his associate . she is very unprofessional very arogant and lies to manupulate her boss.I would not trust her . it was not a fair price they caused damage and stilled did not return my money . it is haed to trust any buisnesses now days . los confienca se gana con mucos echos y se pierde con solo uno. read more

Freddy and his wife drove 90+ miles to our home in rural New Mexico because my husband lost the only key he had to his truck which is the only vehicle we have. The first time they came, our truck was complicated and they could not re-key it. They promised to return the next business day to complete the task. They arrived in the morning, as promised, with additional equipment and had 2 keys plus a door lock key made for us. They were incredibly professional, polite, and wanted to make sure that we were totally satisfied (which we were!). Without their help, we would have had to have the truck towed 100 miles to have the dealer perform this function. Freddy and his wife went above and beyond what was expected! I do NOT recommend this business as the owner, Alfredo, may be unwilling to live up to his business commitments when he has been fully paid for a service. I was initially extremely pleased w/this company, particularly Elizabeth & her co-worker, who were especially kind when I got locked out of my house on a very cold Friday night. They worked very hard to drill out the front door lock so that I could get safely inside. The next day she returned w/the owner to install a new deadbolt for the front door & recommended that I re-key the whole house so that only one key fit all my doors for a no-small cost of $379.00 to which I agreed ("a very good price" Alfredo said). While very costly I thought it money well-spent to avoid getting locked out again. The cost included changing out the front door deadbolt w/a turn knob & replacing it w/a deadbolt that required a key on the inside as well as the outside. It was only after I agreed & they had begun that Alfredo happened to mention that the inner front door lock was being replaced w/a used lock "but that it was warranted". They worked diligently to replace the knobs & re-key all the doors (or so I was led to believe) & provided me w/the 4 extra keys I asked for. They indicated they had tried all the doors & that the keys worked on all the doors. Alfredo also. at no charge, replaced a bolt on my garage door which had failed the previous night causing me to get locked out. I was so grateful & prepared to give Eagle Locksmith 5 stars (& more if possible) & to sing their praises. However, the following day I tried using the keys & had trouble opening the front door. I immediately spoke to Elizabeth who said they would provide me new keys at their place of business. Two days later when I did so Alfredo appeared surly & asked where the keys were. I responded that I did not bring them w/ me, but could return w/ them if needed. He responded that they had provided me 4 keys of which 2 were provided "only as a courtesy" & that if I wanted 4 keys the charge would be $5. I found his attitude puzzling since, whether courtesy or not, none of the keys provided worked on the inner front door; I said nothing. He keyed the additional 2 keys suddenly indicating that Elizabeth was letting me have them at no charge. Unfortunately, when I got home none of the 4 keys worked well. It was only by jiggling them & trying multiple times to open the inner front door that they eventually worked!! Upon learning of my experience w/the front door, a friend tried those very same keys on all the doors in the house & found that Eagle had also failed to re-key one of the doors. I am not good at confrontation so waited nearly a week to inform them & hypothesized to them that it likely wasn't the keys that were bad, but that the used front door inner lock they had provided was bad & also informed that they had failed to re-key one of the doors. To which Elizabeth & then Alfredo insisted "they have been in business a long time" & were they to come to my house the charge would be $95 if it happened to be the lock!! I said, of course it's likely the bad lock that I was provided & which is supposed to be warranted. Elizabeth finally indicated that if it was only the keys they would still have to charge me $35 because I live 12 miles from town. I asked how that could possibly be considered right & good customer service if they hadn't fulfilled their obligation to me in the 1st place. If they were going to charge me again I told them not to bother coming to my house & that they are leaving me no choice, but to report them to the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, & even take them to small claims court if I had to. Alfredo told me "to do what I had to do" & started informing again about how long they'd been in business. At that point I could see we were going nowhere, i.e., they were going to try to charge me again for a service they hadn't completed so I hung up on Alfredo before my Christianity left me. Had Alfredo & even Elizabeth just taken the time to acknowledge my frustration & inspected the malfunctioning lock &/or the keys w/o wanting additional payment for services not yet fulfilled in the 1st place, this review & upcoming report to the BBB & possibly additional attorney's fees if/when this goes to small claims court, much could've been avoided. They need to do the right thing. This is the 1st bad review I have ever written & I wish no harm to anyone or any business, but don't want this happening to anyone else.
