Noooo thank you! So I found Dr. West's office from my insurance provider's web page. I am so glad I did. The staff was incredibly friendly and got me in within the week. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile. Even though I was a first time patient, I only waited 10 minutes to see the doctor, even with form filling, insurance stuff, etc. When I got back there, Dr. West was so happy and friendly, his attitude was infectious. But most importantly, Dr. West REALLY took the time to listen to me, issues I'd been having, etc. Dr. West is the ONLY optometrist I've had in my almost 15+ years of wearing glasses and contacts whose listened, and because he did we discovered why my contacts were getting dry and bothering my eyes. Shocking! Dr. West went through several possible options of what could be causing my blurry vision until he figured it out, and not once did he make me feel rushed. He sat with me, answered all my questions, and was incredibly friendly and jovial. I can't believe it took me this long to find someone as kind and professional as Dr. West but I am so glad I did. After getting the runaround making…read morean eye exam appointment nearby to find out there was no optometrist on sight who could help me, I called Valet Vision (inside of Sam's Club) and immediately was given an appt. I was texted a link and easily booked my appointment. I went in with what I found out was a painful stye & he immediately checked me out, issued me a prescription for antibiotics, & gave me immediate relief! I recently had my 2 week checkup & got a prescription for glasses to make my life easier too. Getting old sucks but their customer service is stellar! This team is very caring and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and get you solutions! They have a decent amount of frames to choose from for sunglasses and reading glasses, contacts, etc. depending on what you're needing. Tried to find reviews on healthgrade and one was negative. Said did not wear masks last year during…read morepandemic and other complaints. THEN someone wrote a review to troll that review. I tried to share negative review and healthgrade did not publish it. THEY only publish positive ones and trash of any one negative review to make it look like all good reviews and one negative review is trolled by some negative review troll. THAT is a big turn off. So came to this site that in my experience of review sites is more unbias. Those sites do take money from providers to "promote" their practice so do not find them trustworthy especially when people's complaints are "trolled". My experience was not good with the clinic either. SO after seeing the trolled review on healthgrade and that experience will just go elsewhere. It is expected that doctors will not always have 100% positive reviews and if that is what is presented, especially when negative review trolls are on the review site, go elsewhere for review searching. Thanks to all who give reviews, good bad whatever the experience I want to know, especially when something as serious as surgery!

Not a good sign. Then I began feeling as if they were pushing treatments and vaccines my dogs didn't need. My final straw came when I kept telling them that my girl had a UTI. They didn't test her, but kept pushing other treatments. She got worse, and when I finally insisted on an ultrasound I learned that 1. She not only had a severe UTI, but also a very large bladder stone and infection. (They also charged me $10 to shave a 2" section of hair over her vaginal area on the 3rd visit. I could have done that!). All told, we ended up spending an enormous amount of money and time on a surgery we may have been able to prevent. On top of this, I have another dog with hypothyroidism. His meds ran anywhere from $28 to $38 dollars per month. I've switched vets. The new vet gave me a prescription for his meds. IT WAS LESS THAN $5!!!! This vet is for the rich.
