My whole family goes here and we always get great service from Kevin and his crew. They are all experts at what they do. As a man, I know it can be uncomfortable walking into places like this. Ugh. I got gel polish on my hands on a Thursday. Went back Monday (they were closed) to get two nails fixed. Do NOT go for gel. I got it fixed and two days ago I have cracking on multiple nails. Normally gel lasts for 2 weeks on me, but not here. Maybe it was just my technician but this was shoddy work at best. The pedicure was not good either. My feet weren't anywhere close to soft when I was done - and it was super fast as if he didn't want to do them. I paid about $80 and it was wasted. read more

An update on my review. I have had several instances of rude service which I have tried hard to ignore, but after the last I'm not sure I will be returning. First they don't take reservations on the weekends, even when they do take reservations during the week, you still come in and wait. I have done the dip here on several occasions after being a long time gel customer. The dip doesn't last me longer than 1-2 weeks and when I say last I mean it breaks at a very painful spot (under pressure) then hurts for days. So once I came back and asked for gel after doing dip last few times and the tech was reluctant to do it. Probably because it was cheaper ! The female owner of the salon always has attitude. When I last came in and requested a specific tech for pedicure. I waited 10 minutes then asked if I can have the hot water started so I can start soaking but she said I had to wait for the tech to start it. That's not what I call customer service. read more

LOVE this place and these people! I get my nails done twice a month and a monthly pedi here and am always pleased! Very bad quality shellac manicure. Gel is lifting after 3 days, my cuticles are peeling after they 'cleaned them up'. This was my first time in the shop, the nail tech wanted to remove my old shellac polish with a drill, I asked to please use a file as the drills really thin out my nails. He did much more damage to my natural nails with the file. I've had shellac on for 3 years non-stop and when done properly, there's no damage. Will not come back and don't recommend. read more

I've been going to Eagle Nails regularly for almost a year now, and they do a great job for dip nails and pedicures. You can't make an appointment here, but there are usually four or five staff working and I've never had to wait more than 1/2 hour. Everyone who works here does a great dip, but if you want the best of the best, go to Cindy or Kevin. Likewise, everyone does a great pedi, but if you want the very best (anywhere!), ask for Uncle. Ooh la la, you will feel pampered! read more

I have been coming here for about a year and half now and I am always satisfied when I leave. They are located off of Northwestern in the same complex as Little Daddy's. I go to Kevin for my nails and he does an exceptional job. I usually get shellac or dip. I love that they have so many color choices for dip. For my pedicures, I go to Uncle. He is the ABSOLUTE best. I have gotten many pedicures many places but no one even compares. The only downside is that they don't take usually take appointments so you may be waiting for a while. The wait is worth it! read more

I visited the salon two days prior to Christmas Eve. My manicure and pedicure did not last longer than a day. After visiting the salon in hopes they could fix this terrible paint job, I was met with a severe attitude from the owner. And that they would only fix the nails that were chipped, although the entire paint job was terrible. I was informed that it was NO guarantee my nails would last. This is extremely disappointing due to the fact that they did not last more than 24 hours. It is disappointing that the salon would not agree to fix this especially during the holidays. And this was the most expensive manicure I've ever gotten so I feel like I wasted a tremendous amount of money. The pictures show me at Christmas Eve dinner extremely embarrassed. read more

I told her i wanted the design on these two certain fingers, and she said no I will do them on these two fingers. Always a good experience and they're CHEAP. The only reason I only gave 3 stars is because whenever I visit, there are only two people working and there is always a wait. Sometimes they hand off to each other in the middle of your service. I have never been there and had the same person start and finish me. I don't like that. Other than that, no complaints for a quick, cheap, decent mani/pedi. read more

Love this place. I got a simple pedicure so that was $25 and I tipped a 5. I'm assuming the gentleman was the owner or at least 1/2 of the owner. His wife was working with someone else. Anyway, that's not important. He did his thing and he massaged my legs with hot rocks and I kinda loved that! I usually go to the mall but this place was a lot closer to me. I will definitely be back. They don't seem very busy. I just looked up the place online then walked in. read more

UPDATE:: After a year of coming here & being very satisfied with Kevin's talent (just take any picture of any style or design & he can duplicate it) I was extremely disappointed on my last appointment & I will not go back. I always got an appointment up until a few weeks ago when I was told by Cindy that Kevin no longer takes appointments. I went in as a "walk-in" and sat there for 2.5 hours the 1st time. The next time, the same thing... called for an appt. but was told no. I went again as a "walk-in" and waited for 2 hours. Third & last time (3 weeks ago) same story, waited for Kevin for just over 2 hours & discussed it with Kevin. He told me that he can no longer take appts because the owner doesn't want him to (when I 1st went there he told me he & Cindy were the owners, so I don't know). I explained that I can't go & sit there for 2 hours or more; my time is important too. All I got was an "I'm sorry" so I told him I would not return. Perhaps he was upset with my complaint, but he did a terrible job on my nails, was short - even rude, and when I asked him to fix something he told me he had no time and went home. 10 of the 28 pics on this site are of my nails. Kevin is talented, but if I'm not valued as a customer, then they don't deserve me as a customer. Plenty of other nail places in town. I will miss Uncle & his awesome pedis :( read more

My daughter and I have been here several times and we always call and make an appointment. On our last visit we had a 2pm appointment with Kevin and Lee. When we arrived, Kevin stated he was sorry and had other clients that arrived at 2pm. He asked us to come back in an hour and the service would be FREE on him because of the mistake. He went as far as to give me a fist bump. My daughter and I came back in the hour for our complimentary service to be charged after all. When we tried to refresh his memory he all of sudden doesn't recall ever having a conversation with me, and that he would never say that. On top of this the service was terrible, my cuticles were bleeding. They seem to charge for everything without telling you until it's time to pay. My daughter received a shellac fill with stones on one nail for $95. We took the high road and paid, but we will never be back. I do not recommend this place. read more

Went to Eagle Nails after seeing a review for a different place that said to go to Eagle. Very pleased. Was tired of going home and trying to fix what I didn't like from my previous place. Kevin rocks. He had redone what he didn't like. He is a perfectionist. The shape is what I wanted( he had to change what I had). Ombré is great. Found my new place for nails. This salon is the worst I've ever experience. They causEd me to have a finger infection. When I went back and showed them what my finger looked like and asked them to remove the nail from my finger that was swollen and black they asked me to get out. They claimed they had other customers to take care of. The man I spoke to was rude and abnoction. I had to contact the police before they removed the nail. Made promises they couldn't keep. She told me she would fix my nails for free if the shellac started peeling before 2 weeks. I came back in 8 days and she charged me full price. They also talk a different language in front of you. Very rude. I would never go back there again. read more

They do an excellent job but the prices are not consistent and are high. I was routinely going for either the shellac or dip manicures, but the pricing was unpredictable. Last time I paid $37 for a shellac manicure, which is frankly too high. I do think the manicures are done well, but the fluctuating pricing makes me feel taken advantage of and is unacceptable. read more
