This was my second visit to this nail salon for a pedicure. The first time was okay-not great but not terrible. This experience was awful. Keep in mind that I bring all my own products except for the actual nail tools and I dont get my nails painted. Sounds easy, right? The man clipped my toenails and barely swiped at them with an emery board. He did not clean under the nails at all. He damaged one of the nail beds on a big toe. What he does apparently love to do is massage the legs and feet-very forcefully. I kept telling him it was too rough. Unfortunately I did not see how bad the whole thing was until I got home and had to refile and smooth my nail edges. I am also now having sharp shooting pain in the toe where he cut the cuticle too much. I will never go back there again read more

This place is legit trash. I went today to get my nails done and they couldn't even paint my nails properly. Let alone add nail art design to ONE finger. All I asked was for the letter "M" with a snowflake, and even that was done half @$$- and it smeared once the nail tech put the top coat on. Read Nail polish was flicked onto my jewelry and my hands, and they didn't bother to clean off the nail polish from my fingers or my jewelry. They legit sent me out the door with nail polish all over my fingers. I hate this place. Even the ghetto nail techs exemplified what they represented- pure trash. read more

worst shellac manicure I've ever had in my life. The shape was terrible, they were all different lengths, chunks of nail were left bare and two days later they started peeling. I have never such a horrible experience. I read the reviews and tried Peter. not only did my acrylic chip, my nails looked horrible they were thick, uneven, polish was all over my hands, I was cut, and they were not uniform. It took hours to finish from being passed around several times to multiple people. I will never be going back I would highly recommend going elsewhere read more

Service is almost always consistent. Peter is the best nail tech ever. Pedicure, overlay nail sculpting and nail painting skills are top notch. Been following him for over 15 years. But this salon is nice! Very clean! Calm and relaxing environment. Plenty of parking. Never overcrowded. Good customer service. Good hours of operation. I was a regular here and I always seen Tom. Last week he was not in, so a young girl did my nails. She did not do a good job. I came back so he could see the lumps on majority of my nails, but would not do my nails over. He wanted to charge me $30 for unsatisfied nails. What a shame. Very disappointing. HORRIBLE SERVICE! The lady who did my nails cut them so uneven even though I asked her twice to fix it, she kept shrugging and saying it was too late. Didn't see anything used to sanitize tools they simply just took the same nail filer and tools from a drawer that had not been soaking or cleaned. And at the end of my purchase when I asked for a receipt the man asked "Why?". I would never think I would have to explain why I need a receipt obvious this is a business that doesn't know the first thing about customer service. No wonder why the place is empty every time I visit. I will never be coming here again. read more
