I contacted this business mainly because of the rating and reviews it got here on yelp. I got a very quick response to give me a free estimate for my fairly large interior painting job. Jack, the owner, showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. He took a few days to get me a quote, and it was done differently from anyone else's. It was also much more expensive than anyone else. I called and asked about their ad, which states that they will beat any reasonable estimate by up to 20%. He said to send the quote over and he'd call me on Monday. Well, I guess that "reasonable" is very subjective. I texted that I realized the other quote was MUCH lower (I got 7 quotes, nearly all were much lower) and I didn't expect him to beat it. I thought that we could perhaps meet in the middle. I got nothing...no calls, texts or emails. Two days later at 8am, he finally texted that he would call me that day. Well, that's 12 hours ago and still nothing. Enough. I'm going with someone else. Communication is important on a big job and I'm not getting it. read more

This has to be the worst company that i have ever done business with. I live in a community that hired this company to paint all the homes. The deadline to finish the 52 homes was December 2020. It is now October 2021 and they still have not finished. One excuse after another. They DID NOT leave extra paint to patch anything on the house with the lame excuse that there is a shortage and they don't have any....Every home should have had their own supply of paint and anything left should be handed to the homeowner. I guess whoever picked the same color as mine got my left over paint to paint their house? I now have a spot in the front of my house that needs patching due to peeling and I have no paint. They were supposed to come back on October 13th with supplies....hmmmm....October 13th came and went. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE NO DEADLINE. read more

This company was a pleasure to work with. Their prices are reasonable, their work we are more than satisfied with. They even did a small extra paint project we had asked for, inside our home's one bedroom. They are efficient, do a professional painting job. Not the quickest on getting job completed but under these covid circumstances, it was more than understandable. Overall we are very pleased! read more

Set up two appointments with Jack. First appt he cancelled 5 minutes before we were scheduled to meet. Second appt, he asked to meet between 9-930am. I arrived at 910 and called Jack. He informed me that he arrived at 9am left. No phone call no text message no communication. When I called Jack he was extremely unprofessional. He stated "what part of 9-930 do you not understand". I will never attempt to use this company again and will post my negative experience on every social media site to avoid anyone else the headache. Honestly, he deserves a ZERO rating! read more

My daughter recommended this company to us to pressure clean our roof. We live in a community with a homeowners association, so our roofs have to be cleaned regularly. She had used them previously, and they had done a good job the first time, so she decided to hire them again. This time they sent a technician by the name of Chase to do both of our houses. We discovered over 20 broken tiles on our brand new roof, and my daughter was very dissatisfied because areas of the roof and the driveway are still dirty. She requested that he use chlorine to clean the driveway, and it was not used. It also took him 4 days to complete the job at her house. When my daughter called to request that they return to fix it, she was told someone would call her back. I called Jack about my broken tiles and was told that breakage of roof tiles is always expected, but that he would come out to both houses to do an inspection. Neither of us ever heard from him. My husband had our tiles repaired, and we will never use this company again. My daughter still has a dirty roof and driveway. Poor quality of work and no customer service follow-up if you have a problem. read more

Jack, a scheduler, was to come yesterday to take a look at what I wanted done, while I was home. Called and said "can we reschedule for tomorrow. Sure, no problem. I'll be home by 11am." 11:30 no one is here. Called Eagle and he is in the office and said he came to the house while I was gone. I then tell him I wanted our patio painted and the patio ceiling painted.."ok so you want the ceiling varnished and floor painted." "No that's not what I said" Jack was talking so fast and and over me while I was trying to explain what I wanted a quote on. I said "slow down and let me talk." He then preceded to tell me I was rude and to not call back that he didn't want my business. Then he hung up! Avoid this place if Jack is any example of how you will be treated. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would have. I had an appointment with Jack who "squeezed" me in to his busy day only to race to my property from work to meet him and he never showed up! His secretary said she saw my appointment in her notes, but not on his calendar. She was extremely apologetic and asked when I would be available again. I told her Friday at 5:30pm. She said ok, Jack will be there. So, I get to the property at 5:30 on Friday and he doesn't show up again! I called and he said he wasn't going to show up, they close at 2:30 on Fridays. I just can't even believe I was stood up twice! He said he emailed me a quote, which I never got so he said to check my junk mail. I told him I did not get the email and it would have been nice if he told me he wasn't going to show up, so I told him he can forget it. His response was, "Well, we don't want to do it anyway" and hung up on me. If his quote even made it to my junk mail, that's where it would have stayed. Jack is the most unprofessional person to even have a conversation with. Thank Gd I wasn't under contract with his company.. come to find out, they are known to not show up when scheduled.
