There was a different gentleman who helped us each time, and they were both friendly and helpful. They even had some of the weights we were looking for the second time. Not friendly at all and couldn't tell me why he wouldn't sell me and my family of 4 bracelets to get on the pier. It was Saturday about 7:15 pm and all he said was.. "we're closing soon" then turned his back on me. I muttered "the sign says all night fishing on Fri-Sat, so what time does the pier close?" I wasn't planning on fishing all night but i did plan on fishing for an hour or so. Next time i'll just go to Galveston.

I went back and even spoke with the manager, and she told me there was nothing she could do about it. That kind of response shows a lack of care for customers.
