There was a different gentleman who helped us each time, and they were both friendly and helpful. They even had some of the weights we were looking for the second time. "we're closing soon" then turned his back on me. I muttered "the sign says all night fishing on Fri-Sat, so what time does the pier close?" I paid for a quart of shrimp, but when I got to my fishing spot I realized they had only given me a pint. I went back and even spoke with the manager, and she told me there was nothing she could do about it. That kind of response shows a lack of care for customers. Updated: I went back tonight to go buy half a trap so I could have at least 2 G-40's and the Assistant Manager was on duty. I explained to her that I had bought 3 of these last month but I received only 1 and a half traps. She gave me 3 halves tonight to make up the missing half from last month. She was very professional and polite. I thanked her and went on my way. It is only right to update this review and correct the review in light of the resolution. I am leaving the original pictures up as proof of what I bought last month and the pictures of the other half I received tonight.

I can not say enough about his professionalism and kindness. We were determined to grab some blue crab while here as it's always been a tradition when I was growing up. His crabber was having issues so he took the time to call around and even said he'd go crabbing if he had too so we could have our order! Well he came through and we had the best time! Thank you!
