The carpets were 20 years old and though mostly in good shape, there were a few stains and some areas that were definitely looking worn. Some of the very worn areas looked brighter as well. I also want to note that the day of the service, I had to take a family member to the hospital. George kept me updated via text message at the end on how it all went, advised me to let it dry for 6 hours, and turned the AC fan on to let it dry quicker.
