They did the closed cell foam in my shop. Even worse than conductive heat loss is air leaks and this closed cell phone is amazing at plugging air leaks. It is about R7 per inch but effectively it is better than fiberglass since you don't get the losses due to the framing being only about R1 per inch as well as stopping air leaks and moisture cold.
