It was my late father's home in Tennessee, and I live in Florida. Since it was part of his estate, there were a lot of moving parts and a long list of things that needed to be done before the house could go on the market. I honestly expected it to be a stressful process, but Brooke made it feel manageable from beginning to end. One of the biggest things that stood out was how connected she was. Whenever the house needed something, she had someone she trusted. She recommended great people for landscaping, HVAC work, roofing, and other repairs, and every one of those referrals turned out to be excellent. That alone saved me an incredible amount of time and frustration trying to coordinate everything from another state. She also had a great eye for presentation. She gave me practical suggestions on what to change, what to leave alone, and how to stage the home so it would show its best. Ironically, she sold it so fast that I found myself scrambling to empty the house. There was still furniture, an attic full of belongings, and a storage shed that all had to be cleared out. That wasn't part of her job, but she did it anyway because she genuinely cared about helping me get to the closing table. What impressed me most was that she never treated me like just another client. She was always available when I had questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and was proactive instead of reactive. I always felt like she was looking out for my best interests. Buying or selling a home can be stressful under normal circumstances. Selling an estate property from another state could have been overwhelming, but Brooke's knowledge, organization, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience much easier than I ever imagined. Getting maintenance done efficiently and properly is another issue when it comes to leasing. I haven't been here a month but could write a book about this place and their personnel, however l have a great view that helps me get over of having to deal with a lot of incompetent people. Example: it took from 09.15 to 10.03 to get a dryer vented properly to avoid a fire hazard. Example #2: it took over a week and 4+ keys to get a key to the front door that works. I'm pleased to have these 2 issues solved...

BEWARE: Defective construction on lower lever apartments lets water seep into apartment with…read morerains. Management did not deal with damage from water. Upon move out, they demand we pay for the floors!! Also, they are trying to collect rent for future months. We moved out 11/13 and paid through 11/30. They want rent through December and a lease termination fee of $1,500!!!! Threatening to send us to collections. We paid rent on time for the entire time we lived there (13 months). RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF LOT OF HEADACHES.
