Aster driving from California to Colorado in my Porsche, my bug and road grime covered car needed a wash badly. This is a review for the automatic touchless car wash and not the self service wash bays. And when I use a automatic wash station, I only use touchless because the bristles from the automatic wash bays with the spin brush leaves marks on cars. Where I came from in California, automatic touchless car wash are everywhere and full of features. This one is almost comparable to the ones I used in California. My car was not spotless after the wash. But it was clean enough to where I can use a microfiber cloth to take care of the rest. Let's be honest, after a multi-day drive and as dirty as my car was, no automatic touchless car wash will do a thorough job. This carwash had 2 options $12 for a basic wash and $14 for a wash with all the bells and whistles like rainbow wax spray and spotless rinse. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a touchless wash. read more

We tried getting a car wash through the drive though wash but it wasn't working and we tried other cards, however, none of them seemed to go through. What a rip off. I used the self carwash as the automatic was closed. I did a quick rinse, maybe 4 minutes, and my credit card was charged $15.00. Also, one of the self service bays was closed, ice everywhere, and my carwash kept dripping soapy stuff on my car the entire time I was washing, then continued as I drove my car out of the bay. We have been here a handful of times. More often than not, the credit card machine does not work. Second, the automatic wash was out of soap recently so our car was still incredibly dirty after spending $16. I emailed them twice and no response at all. Will take the issue to my credit card company since we have proof. Just annoying to deal with owners who can't respond to you. read more

The automatic car wash was working. There was a car ahead of me and finished the wash. I put in my $10 cash and it accepted and said drive forward. After being in the car wash 3 minutes it never started and I drove back to see what the reader said and it said car wash closed. i called and left a message with no return call and emailed on the website. I went to this car wash yesterday and the slot for the quarters was jammed. I put my credit card in - could hardly read the instructions. No way to tell what the cost was or how long you had for the wash. I think it ran for about 3-4 minutes and then stopped. I checked my bank account this morning and that little wash was $15.00. We used the brushless auto car wash side and it did a good job on our full size Dodge Durango which was filthy from winter weather Road sludge. The dryer doesn't do a great job drying off the vehicle. I would use it again. read more

I used to wash my truck here frequently. I could drive through the automatic car wash then quickly touch it up manually for an even better wash. Last year the automatic car wash malfunctioned and broke the drivers side mirror on my new Ford F-150. I contacted the owners\management and received the runaround for months. Even after obtaining the video footage proving the car wash malfunctioned, they denied responsibility. They ended up telling me the car wash clearly states "no over-sized vehicles"; I drive a stock freakin Ford F-150! It ended up being cheaper and easier for me (over $1000) to fix the mirror myself rather than continuing to peruse the owners/management and/or get my insurance company involved. Be aware the owners/management here are lying crooks. The manual wash here is like any other but I would avoid washing anything larger then a mid-size truck or small CUV in the drive trough wash. read more

Be careful, this car wash is a rip-off if you use a credit card. They charge you $10 for a $2 car wash. You have to dispute the charge with the credit card company to get your money back. Car wash is also in disrepair - broken mat holders and dispenser machines. read more

Unfortunate that their credit card swipe for the automatic car wash wasn't working and I had to use cash...I put in $15 for a $12 car wash and called the number I googled for the business while in the car wash. The woman was obviously irritated and said you must use exact cash but agreed to give me my $3 change since their credit card server was down. The attendant she sent to refund me chose to argue with me and tried not to give me my change back! This was my first and LAST time going here due to RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! read more
