Just had a bad experience with Paula and Trina .. I ordered three signs two weeks ago and somehow…read morethere was bad communication. I thought the signs looked smaller than 6 feet long and Paula told me that they only made one size... So I responded" if you only make one size, then I suppose that's the size that I'm going to get". She handed me her card and told me to call if they're any problems.. Fast forward to 11 days later. I walked in and talked to Trina, to check on how my order was going .she told me that I never called to confirm the order so it would be TWO MORE WEEKS from today if I wanted to get back on the list!!!!! I told Trina my conversation with Paula and she told me that I would have to talk to Paula to straighten this mess out. I talked to Paula and she assured me the signs would be ready " by Saturday". I went there FIVE TIMES on Saturday and no one was there!!! No signs,,, nothing.. I drove there this morning and Trina told me that the guy who paints the signs for them NEVER SHOWED UP and the signs aren't ready. Trina told me that I'd have to take it up with Paula. I called about SIX TIMES Today and NEVER got any response. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with these losers!!! Go somewheres else.
