Nirali Decor is the finest decorator we met with! We met all of the decorators, but Nirali made my wife and I feel comfortable right from the start. Nirali wasn't pushy, we didn't feel like we were planning a wedding to typical desi standard. No sales pitches, no excessive pricing, no up-sales. Just what you want, with the guidance of an amazing person! After selecting Nirali for our Mehdni and Reception decor, she was always helpful throughout the process. She handled our last minute changes and additions, without skipping a beat and made our lives so easy. At the arrival of each event, my wife and I walked in and our jaw dropped at what we saw. Everything was done up even more than what was described and discussed. Nirali and her crew went above and beyond to ensure everything looked beautiful. Mind you, we didn't go over the top with our decorations as others do for their desi wedding, we kept it simple, and yet Nirali some how made everything look exceptional. I want to thank Nirali for everything. Her professionalism, experience and easy going nature made our special day even much more worthwhile. Nirali and Pradeep were very nice and responsive during the planning phase of the wedding, but they completely dropped the ball the day of the wedding. No one showed up on time for decorating the ceremony, and only after I called them did they tell me that they were lost. How could they be lost when we visited the hall just 2 weeks prior? Then when they came they were missing half the items needed and the workers did not speak any English. Neither Nirali nor Pradeep were around to discuss what was missing and my poor parents were becoming extremely frustrated. I could not help because I needed to be ready for the ceremony. Even the baraat had to be delayed because they were unable to set up the welcome gate. Only when I was walking down the aisle did I realize how many things were missing and how sloppy of a job was done. Even in the reception several items were missing and again it was such a tight schedule that we could not fix anything. But there should have never been anything missing! That is why I chose them so that I could trust them to make my event wonderful. After several calls and emails I was able to receive some refund from them, but in the end it cannot bring back my wedding day. My pictures show how bare bones my decorations looked, and they will look like that forever. My parents will always remember the stress of my wedding day rather than remembering it as a happy event. read more

I was really excited to work with Nirali Decor after finding that she was in our budget and had amazing designs on her website! She had great reviews, but our experience left us with a distaste and incredible stress on during our planning process and wedding weekend. For starters, she is extremely hard to communicate with in the sense that she does not respond quickly to emails/phone calls/text messages. During the planning process, it would take WEEKS and multiple attempts to get a reply from her - which was really stressful, especially after we signed a contract. The weekend of the wedding, they were 3 hours late to set up for the evening event, stating they were stuck in traffic. They did not even have the audacity to call and state so, rather, I was the one that called after my Dad mentioned that the decorators hadn't arrived yet. Luckily, things were ready to go by the start time of the event, however, several pieces of decor (the main stage decor!!) were missing - which were already paid for. Nirali emailed me the week prior that the point of contact was her event designer, but she failed to mention she would not be present AT ALL all weekend. The day of the wedding, they created my bridesmaids bouquets (in which half of the white roses were already turning brown), but completely FORGOT about creating my bridal bouquet. Luckily, I had a family friend, who was able to create a smaller makeshift bouquet from leftover red roses. There were a few other misses, but these were the main issues. I will say that overall, the decor looked pretty good and it wasn't clearly obvious when things were missing, but it was an added stress my family and I didn't need over the weekend. Other pros were that she was accommodating to changes of decor and more or less listened to our ideas and plans. I do not wish to degrade her or her company, but mostly to share my experience with other brides-to-be. I wish we had similar experiences to other reviewers, but unfortunately, we did not. I wouldn't recommend her and would not use her again for any future events. read more

Nirali decorators was the best decorator I've ever worked with. From the beginning, I remember arriving late to our initial meeting and being very indecisive about every detail (since im very picky), but Nirali and her husband were unbelievably patient and helpful. For my wedding, I had 800 guests, and wanted them all to be wowed. Nirali helped make this possible by making an extended mandap, supplying over 100 wedding centerpieces, and going along with every detail I wanted. They even gave me advice for my venue to ensure that everything was efficient and things ran smoothly on the day of. Nirali was so great with her ideas, creative designs, and great price, that after we settled our wedding and reception decor, I asked her to decorate my bridal shower and pre-wedding events. On my wedding day, many things went wrong with table layout, etc (the venues fault), which Nirali and her team fixed in no time. She even stayed late to make sure that everything was handled before the night was over. I don't think the event would have run as smoothly without her and her team taking lead and doing damage control. I still hear about people who rave about the décor, saying they were blown away with every little detail and I owe it all to her. I couldn't have made a better choice than Nirali, I would recommend this vendor to everyone who needs a decorator. I know ill be back for my upcoming events in the future as well! read more

Nirali and Pradip are two genuine people. This is the second event they have done for my family and not only are they professional; they are really good at what they do. I love honest people who don't try to make you spend more money. They work within your budget and I personally think you get more than your money's worth. I got a call from my dad the day before my event saying that he had just gone to the venue to drop some stuff off and "WOW". He could not stop raving about how beautiful the ballroom looked. I didn't even know they were there setting up the day before. I didn't have to get involved in those little details because Nirali took care of it with the venue coordinator. When I got to the venue on my big day I could not believe how elegant and breathtaking it looked. My guests were in awe when they entered the main ballroom for the reception. It feels so good when your guests come up to you saying how beautiful the décor is. The planning process was easy because Nirali is so sweet and calm. The result was even sweeter because her artistic vision came through in her incredible work. I cannot thank you enough Nirali and Pradip for the beautiful memories that you helped create. read more
