I called Eagle Tint and asked for their hours and how long the average car takes to be tinted. The man who answered was instantaneously annoyed and told me that those were the questions everyone asks. I said I was sorry and he then asked me what model car I have. His response was, "I'm not interested", and he abruptly hung up on me with no explanation as to why he was so angry and uninterested. So, being a somewhat inquisitive person, I called back. I asked why he wasn't interested in making money tinting my car and his response was as follows: "You already asked me how long it's going to take. What if I say a day and it ends up taking longer? Also, your car has a few very difficult windows to tint and they won't be able to be tinted. I don't design the cars." Had he made me aware of these issues I would simply prepare for it by using a spare car that I have access to. I would let the owner of the spare know that I might need it for an indeterminate amount of time. Furthermore, had he spoken to me like a human being, he would have found out that I already know certain windows on my car cannot be tinted and that I only wanted my two front windows tinted. This "business" is a complete and utter joke. I wish I was afforded the luxury to treat potential customers like dirt and watch money walk away. So, in short, I suggest staying as far away from Eagle Tint and the highly intelligent man who answered the phone there today. They clearly don't need my money, or anyone else's. So glad I didn't have these lovely people touch my car. read more
