terrible dealing with Belal at Palm Springs Harley. rented the bike one day paid for bike all good. the day I was to return bike I called Belal the eagle rider rep to see if I could extend the rental to 2 extra days he said no problem and I can give you a deal from 208 a day to 99. I said great I'll take it and he said ok but we are closed Monday so can you return it Tuesday at 9 and no extra charges. I said no problem as it worked better for me to return Monday but Balal did not want bike left outside when they are closed which I agreed to When I returned the bike Tuesday at 9 Balalaika came up and said "everything is good I will email you your receipt and I have your credit card o. file. Wh n I returned home I opened up email and say Eaglerider and Balal charged me for 4 days rental Balal would not pick up my call or respond to my 2 emails and thanks to John at Palm Springs Harley he had Balal call me but he still refused to refund me terrified ble representative for the rental bike company and NEVER will do business was with Eaglerider again read more

CAREFUL. If you leave your vehicle while renting for a few days it may get broken into. Not really a safe place to leave a vehicle. Rental guy is nice. read more

Absolutely thrilled with my Rental East EagleRider in Murrietta! Wow, what great service!! I rented a BMW GS, it was in absolutely beautiful condition, out front and ready when I got there at my appointed time. They took care with the rental agreement, it was very clear. safety and bike component introduction. I told them I was getting a Uber ride to drop off my rental car. Without a hesitation, and without asking how far it was, he said "No problem, I'll give you a ride". I did just joint up with a membership with EagleRider, my experience here really confirmed it was the right thing to do. (My only recommendation would be that if you are planning to use the BMW power port, to purchase a power adaper beforehand or the BMW dealer next door will get you for $50. Not Eaglerider's fault, just as you would not get a phone charger in a rental car). Great service, great bike, what else could you ask for? read more

I rented a motorcycle from Palm Springs Eagle Rider in January for pickup Mach 13, 2020. With the outbreak of the Coronavirus, I phoned the dealership on March 12 to inquire about cancelling the rental. They told me I could and would give me a full credit for one yr. I confirmed my flight change back home to Canada then called Eagle rider on the morning of March 13. I dealt with Rick who was awesome and able to still give me this credit even though it was only hours before I was supposed to pick bike up. This business has moved to the Marriott and is no longer at the Palm Springs Airport. Renting a motorcycle and riding the loop to Borrego Springs is always pure joy. We have rented two years in a row and even thought the cost has gone up it's still worth it... but it's close. read more

Great experience! I called first to inquire about certain bikes and rates (the mid-week special they had going was great). I was walked through and reserved a bike much to our liking. The payments/deposits were straightforward. When we got there, they walked us through the best routes to take. We got to choose our own helmets (which come with the rental). Now, this is purely just nitpicking but I had reserved a black bike and got a red one (still an awesome color). Also, I would also verify the amount of gas in the tank. According to the sales rep, he "doesn't trust the gauge" and just eyeballs the amount of gas in the tank but yet still marked it as a full tank when they rented it to us. I recommend hanging on to your gas receipts because as soon as I got out of the lot, I put about $8 worth of gas (at $3 something a gallon) so that was at least 2 gallons worth. I filled it up right before I returned it and it was at 3/4 full and they still charged $12 worth of gas on my card. I don't see why you wouldn't trust the gauge of a practically new bike. Other than that, great way to get on a bike when you're traveling and still recommendable. read more

I was right...a subsequent visit during off peak hours resulted in much faster service. Again, everyone was friendly. The bike was squared away except for the fact that it was not fully fueled, even though I prepaid for a full tank. I should have verified this ahead of time, and by the time I noticed I did not want to go back. All the same, a good rental experience overall. read more

From the first call to EagleRider in Palm Desert. Ty was very friendly and helpful. 2 months out I made reservation. Called ahead of time, before pickup. His staff member (Ray) assured me bike was ready and awaiting my arrival. Got to the J.W. Marriot Resort & Spa in Palm Desert. Where inside EagleRider is located. Everything was in Order, signed paperwork, went out and went over bike. Then arrived one of the off duty employees (Pete). Offered to take us on a scenic tour of Palm Desert as well as show us a backway into the upper desert (Joshua Tree, Twentynine Palms). Today, I had an experience with 12 people, to go out and ride. We explored the asphalt jungle of the wasteland called the desert. 175 miles of pure bliss hanging onto the controls of the bikes EagleRider provided to us. Uplifted rocks, mangled trees and wild life hardly anyone ever gets to see. Go out and rent a bike. See something you will never get to paste your Iphone weary eyes on. Total Disappointment Rented 2 bikes for a 2 day trip. A Street Glide and a Electra Glide. Had a trip planned to Laughlin. Showed up and the bikes weren't available even after confirmation via email. They didn't call and let us know. They waited till we showed up to tell us those bikes aren't available. Didn't want to refund. Only partial refund was made. We are currently disputing charges with credit card company. One staff member was good and the other totally rude. When I called the main Eagle Rider and complained they passed me around on the phone and told me the Supervisor Ryan was gone all of a sudden even though I had talked to him 5 minutes before and he was going to try and resolve the issue. This is the second time renting from this location. The first time we waited 30 mins for someone to show up and unlock the store and an hour for them to locate a staff member that had the keys to the bike we rented at 11am . Upon return on this trip at our scheduled time the office was closed in the early afternoon. After waiting and called for 45 minutes. I left the keys and the helmet in the trunk and left. Don't plan a trip or anything unless you got plenty of time to waste. read more
