Now, I live in the Midwest, and returned to New Mexico to visit. So, as soon as I saw this Lotaburger, I had to stop and get a burger. The burgers are just as good as I remember. The burgers are juicy, fresh, and have generous toppings. They make everything to order, which I love. The onion rings were yummy and homemade. The French fries look hand-cut and taste like real potatoes. My son enjoyed his shake. Some of the best fast food you can get. It was also extremely reasonable for the quality of food you get. Service was very good too. I'm sad to return home where there is no Blake's Lotaburger.

The fish sandwiches are basically 2 fish sticks on a bun, actually McDonald's has a better fish sandwich, I threw mine away and my friend gave his to the dogs, I do not recommend this Blake's Lotaburger, save your money and your time, and definitely save your frustration, we were not going to waste our time going all the way back to deal with bad customer service again. Go somewhere else.

We sat down and we had the friendliest waitress ever. Really good service, checked on us constantly. The queso came out and it's really just nacho cheese from the can, I know because I have some at home lol. My hamburger was a little small even after adding a second patty for a total of $18. It was good but not $18 good. And they forgot my bacon. It wasn't til I was driving home looking at some pictures when I realized I paid for a bacon burger! Aye ya yi. My kids CFS came out and it looked great until I looked closer and realized it was mashed potato flakes from a box, I'm 100 sure of it and the gravy was turkey gravy. They also forgot her toast. I think they buy all this generic stuff and try to sell it as restaurant grade food but it's not fooling me. I can tell the difference easily. $40 for the burger, CFS and chips con queso haha. I do NOT recommend this place. Sorry I wanted to like it but nope...btw I would've only left one star if it wasn't for the great service by the young lady who told us she's only been there 3 days. She did a great job

Instead of asking me the two only required questions that restaurant owners and employees are required to ask to those with disabilities and service animals, she kept insinuating that no pets are allowed and kept pointing to her own sign on the window. I clearly pointed to that same sign that she was pointing to, where it clearly says no pets allowed but service animals are welcomed & she still refused to acknowledge the legality of the situation. Instead of arguing I just walked away, as the owner's knowledge in such situations involving those with disabilities and service animals is clearly lacking. Not only should employees be educated in the legalities but more importantly the owner or employer should be educated in the legalities involving persons with disabilities & their service animals, when owning and running a restaurant

The day before, my aunt and I had lunch at Montano's (DELICIOUS!), but I just can't get enough of yummy sopapillas, enchiladas, etc..., so my whole family went to Rita's today. Such a disappointing experience! I ordered the chile rellenos plate, with red chile, and found out that they don't even make them (the rellenos) at the restaurant. They are premade-badly, I might add-and they were dry and just plain awful! They had just a dribble of red sauce, so that was a letdown. The sopapillas were very greasy. The service was great though, the only redeeming factor. Jessica was super nice and attentive. I just was very sad that my "last meal" in New Mexico was so terrible.

Not a busy place, but it seemed like one server for the whole floor, which was expansive. They seemed to be preparing for a very large party to come in. He also says they use the parking lot for food trucks and pop-up restaurants. How cool!

The hamburger was more than well done and was dry and tasteless. I had to ask for mayo to help it go down. No condiments brought to the table unless you asked and then it took forever. The bills were screwed up so the waitress said just go to the cash registered. I was charged for things I did not order and the cashier wanted to argue about it since she had several slips that the waitress couldn't figure out who ordered what. When I questioned my bill she cold not figure out how to reverse the charge on my credit card. Eventually, she gave me a couple dollars in cash (I was owed more but I was done with this) My husband had lunch with a friend at the same time and they both ordered a simple breakfast. I believe I saw that it was about $9 on the menu for each. They got charged for three meals and the bill still came to $35! They were done with that too. Not going back.
