Both came with home made tortilla chips and queso. Sounded odd thinking they should have been offered with potato chips or fries but the tortilla chips were hot, just out of the fryer and awesome. The special was Armadillo eggs, a kind of a jalapeño popper on steroids. wrapped in sausage and bacon then smoked on site. They were spectacular!! Instead of asking me the two only required questions that restaurant owners and employees are required to ask to those with disabilities and service animals, she kept insinuating that no pets are allowed and kept pointing to her own sign on the window. I clearly pointed to that same sign that she was pointing to, where it clearly says no pets allowed but service animals are welcomed & she still refused to acknowledge the legality of the situation. Instead of arguing I just walked away, as the owner's knowledge in such situations involving those with disabilities and service animals is clearly lacking. Not only should employees be educated in the legalities but more importantly the owner or employer should be educated in the legalities involving persons with disabilities & their service animals, when owning and running a restaurant
