I want to start by saying that the medical service itself was excellent. I had a mammogram performed, and the clinical staff were professional, courteous, and made the entire experience comfortable. The facility was clean, organized, and the quality of care was outstanding. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Unfortunately, my experience with the billing department was very different.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Before scheduling my appointment, I contacted both my insurance carrier and Eagle's Landing to verify that they were in-network and accepted my insurance. I was assured that they did. Based on that information, I proceeded with the appointment. After receiving services, I was surprised to receive a bill stating that my insurance claim had been denied because the provider was allegedly out-of-network. Following the advice of the billing department, I contacted my insurance company. The insurance representative informed me that the issue appeared to be related to credentialing information that needed to be updated and that the provider's office should contact them to resolve the matter. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I called back and spoke with Laura in Billing and Finance, the conversation was disappointing. I simply relayed what my insurance company had told me. Laura placed me on a brief hold, returned almost immediately, and stated that everything had already been handled and that there was nothing more the office could do. I found her attitude dismissive and unprofessional, and she seemed unwilling to investigate the issue further.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]As a business owner, I suggested that it might be beneficial for the practice to ensure that their credentialing information is current with insurance carriers, as this could potentially affect other patients as well. Had a referral for follow up for my wifes pap smear. First appointment (billed at FULL COST) was 15 minutes 'just to get to know her'. Even though they had full access to her records via her primary care. So that was ONE day of work I had to take off. I normally don't like to leave reviews especially negative ones as I understand that it can affect people's livelihoods. After thinking it over I decided I couldn't not leave one. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went in for an annual exam and wanted to discuss an issue that I've been having for over ten years so the nurse I saw scheduled me an appointment for an ultrasound and a follow up with another doctor the next week. I felt relieved that she seemed to take my concerns seriously.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I go the next week and had to have two different kind of ultrasounds performed as they had not been informed of the specific kind I was told I was going to have. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then I meet with Dr. Haugabrook and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Dr. Haugabrook was very condescending and spoke to me like I was stupid.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've had bad experiences before but none like this one. Dr. Haugabrook ignored my concerns and told me there was nothing wrong with my scans, yet when I get home I see there are irregularities on the paper. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I began to get emotional about my results she seemed to get agitated and asked me " What did I want to be done?" Before I could even suggest anything she let me know that a hysterectomy was off the table. Mind you I never even mentioned a hysterectomy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She then suggested it might be endometriosis and I asked about the process to get it diagnosed which is a surgery. She then let me know that she would not recommend that as I was too young and "I wouldn't want the scars from that." How dare she think I'm so vain to care about scars![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I want to be healthy and live a normal life which I haven't been able to do in over 10 years. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I then messaged the office asking for my ultrasound scans as I couldn't locate them on the MyChart app. I was messaged back that they should be there. The following day they still weren't there so I messaged again and never got a response.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you want actual help with any issues you may be having DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!! I've been a patient at this OBGYN practice for years and have seen several physicians during that time. While some provided excellent care, others made me feel like just a number. Despite those experiences, I continued to return--until recently. I called to request a second courtesy refill for a medication I'm prescribed annually. Since my insurance won't cover it until a few months from now, I explained that I'd need a second refill to bridge the gap. As a doctor myself, I am utterly appalled by the way I was treated during my visit to this office. I have been to this office before and wasn't very pleased by the care that I received but I never had an experience like my most recent visit. I had moved from another state and chose this office to continue my care from my previous office. I received conflicting information based on my previous diagnosis and treatment recommendation which initially made me question their care and expertise. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They did not try to establish any connection with me like my previous care team did and treated me like another number.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My most recent office visit is what made me decide that I would absolutely never be returning. I was recently in the office for my first wellness visit as a pregnant patient. I waited in the lobby for an hour before being called back to a room. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked the receptionist at the front multiple times if I would be seen soon after seeing multiple patients who checked in after me being called back for their appointment ahead of me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After I was taken to a room, I was instructed to undress and I continued to wait in my room for another 30 minutes and was never seen again by the nurse or Dr. Watters. At this point, I got dressed and walked myself out to retrieve my refund for the visit and cancel my appointment. There was nobody nearby my room and it seemed as if they had completely forgotten about me from the time I checked in. I tried my best to be patient but after having my time wasted for 1.5 hours, I was fed up. The refund for my visit was not enough compensation. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not only did none of the employees offer any apology or express sympathy, I was told that I would not receive my refund for a few days and I lost money due to leaving work early for the appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] To top it all off, the room that I was placed in has absolutely no privacy. As I looked up at the window when I was leaving, I noticed that you can clearly see into the rooms through the blinds, so I'm sure someone saw me naked from the parking lot. i came specifically to an OBGYN to fix a a reoccurring issue permanently. I was told by my primary doctor she could only fix my symptoms, not the issue and to go see a gynecologist. I decided to come here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I talked to the doctor named Rachel and specifically told her about my reoccurring issue and expressed to her how I am looking for a permanent fix.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She told me she's gonna perform some tests and send the results over to the lab to get a proper diagnosis and from there I will be prescribed the right medication to fix the issue. After waiting one week, I get a call from the office and I was prescribed medication to treat the symptoms. No permanent fix. This was a waste of time. I am giving 2 stars because I have had pleasant experiences with every doctor I have come in contact with. I am currently pregnant with my 1st child and I am desperately trying to change to a new OBGYN office. I am just not satisfied overall with my experience thus far. I have been trying for 5 business days to get my medical records transferred to a new office, and I keep getting the run around. 1st it was "We did not receive your medical records release form" then it was "We will be sending to the new office in the morning"; only to call the next day and "the medical release department is out today". The whole department....I am frustrated to the point of tears at this time, I am just trying to get somewhere where I feel comfortable but this office keeps interfering. read more

If you care anything about your health and well being steer clear of Eagles Landing Obgyn!! I've been a patient here for a few years but only came in for Well Women's exams once a year...routine appointments that would last maybe 20 minutes each time. It wasn't until I was pregnant with my first baby that I really got to experience the high level of incompetence and unprofessionalism of the staff and doctors at this facility. During the first 2 trimesters most of my initial interactions were with Dr. Ramani who has a horrible bedside manner, makes you feel rushed through your appointments with him, and dismisses your questions and concerns every time. Of course there are numerous tests and exams you must undergo while pregnant. A lot of those tests require lab work to be done and you'd receive a phone call with the results a few days later. There were a couple of times that I missed the phone call from Dr. Ramani's nurse Mattie with the results so she'd have to leave me a voicemail. Unfortunately anytime I would receive a voicemail from Mattie she'd have a doom and gloom tone that would make your heart sink and left you feeling like something must be wrong with the test results. Even though I'd immediately call back, it would always go to voice mail after ringing multiple times. I could never call and actually get anyone to answer so I'd always leave a quick voice mail. It was like a game of tag every time. When I'd finally get a return call it would be hours & hours later or sometimes the next day. It was during my 3rd trimester that I started to rotate through all of the doctors at this facility and I can honestly say that out of about 8 doctors that I met with, I was only comfortable with 2 of them being able to safely deliver my baby. There were times when I'm in the middle of an appointment and the doctor is mentioning things that I know don't pertain to me only to find out they've had someone else's chart pulled up the entire time instead of mine. That, on top of everything else (too much to mention here) led me to seek another obstetrician at week 32 of my pregnancy. That was the best decision ever!! Before I could even make my first appointment at the new facility they needed Eagles Landing to send over my patient history. It took them a solid 2 weeks just to send a simple fax over! A task that should've taken 5 mins. During my first visit with the new doctor, she meticulously went over the information that was finally sent from eagles landing just to make sure everything was accurate. Well of course it wasn't. Come to find out they had wrong patient information on my chart e.g. that I wanted a tubal ligation immediately after giving birth! Thankfully this new doctor I found was absolutely amazing and led to me have the perfect birthing experience! I'm 100% positive I would not be saying this today had I stayed with Eagles Landing. **The higher than 1 star rating is due to the always pleasant front desk staff and some of the nurses who love what they do. read more

Dr Phillips has been my preferred physician since 2018. I feel she is very knowledgeable and through based on my most recent visit.

My dr referred me here because she's not seeing patients in the office yet. The process was smooth and the office was nice and clean and was able to check in right away. Getting an appts is fairly quick or if you need to change it's smooth. They're taking the CoVid serious with sanitizing etc. I didn't wait long to see my dr. And lab work. The only thing is 2nd time I cane I got hit with a $600 balance etc. and I'm like wth but this insurance deductible crap stuff gets on my nerves . read more

I love Dr. Haugabrook! She has been my doctor for over ten years. She is an amazing doctor and takes time to get to truly know her patients! She is very down to earth and genuine. My first review still remains true, just wanted to update on the care that Dr. Haynes has for her patients, especially those she has treated for a long time. I recently had a test done (by another Dr) and I had a lot of questions about the results, although the doc talked to me about the as best she could, she wasn't a specialist in the area so I decided to get a second thought or more information via Dr. Haynes since she is a obgyn doctor. Since I live mainly in nyc and she is in GA I didn't make an appt and didn't think about it til after being her a day or so. So I called to make an appt but of course she was booked until next ml week or end of the month which I wouldn't be in town. So I reached out to her personally and she had her staff squeeze me in.. I was so thankful for that, b/c she didn't have to see me on such short notice being that it wasn't an emergency. I'm am truly thankful for Dr. Haynes b/c she always helps me or calms me when ever I am feeling overwhelmed about my health, not that it's bad I just like to be on top of things and any small issue I can become a lil anxious about it. I see a lot of bad review about the nurses fortunately for me they seem to be nice. Colleen and Sonya took care of me today and they were great! The front receptionists were fine ad well. Luckily my wait was not bad today I got back in probably less than 20 mins and I was 20 mins late! (due to an accident on the expwy). Anyway just a lil update to my experience here at Eagles Landing.. I do recommend Dr. Haynes. She is the only Dr there that I have been to in over 10 years. read more

This has got to be the worst place of its kind in this state. They will NEVER get back to you, you have to keep calling them, and when they do they are short and rude like you're bothering them. The nurses in particular are let's just say not very bright, and the have no manners whatsoever. And oh, yeah, make sure you have cancelled everything that day cause you'll wait. My daughter and I have been patients for many years and always had great doctors. However, on my daughter's last visit she saw a new doctor, Dr. Phillips. That day was a horrifying experience for her. Dr. Phillips does not have any bedside manners. My daughter visited on February 19th. I have been calling to speak to the office manager, Jackie Livingston, and to no avail, she has not returned my calls. The ladies in the lab are the worst! I'm not sure if they do not enjoy their job but they are RUDE! I've been going to EOBGYN for awhile now and every time I have to go do blood work I not only have to prepare myself for the needle but I have to deal with either one of those ladies. Terrible. There was only one nice nurse in the whole building. Dr. Haynes was somewhat nice, but the nurse that took my blood was angry with me because I needed to lie down because I was light-headed. I told her thank you and she huffed and puffed then walked away. I am new to this area, and it was a huge disappointment. Recently, I needed to change my birth control, and I called and left a voicemail for Dr. Haynes nurse. She never called back. I called 4 more times and she never answered. I eventually had to get the lady that answers the phones to manually hand her a note to call me back. I am amazed at the lack of caring and customer service. I never have to wait a long time for my appointment and that is very important to me with my schedule. I personally do not recommend this clinic to anyone especially any pregnant women. If you have no other options and have to go here do all you can to avoid dr Phillips. I came to several visits here in hopes it would get better however it did not. My first appointment I was going over previous medical history (also had documents from previous Obgyn) and the dr was arguing with me that one of my medical conditions wasn't possible. I had documentation and my father and grandmother also had condition. She talked to me as if I was ignorant and didn't know any better. Fine I gave her the benefit of the doubt because it's hard to find nice clinics from where I live. I was driving an hour just to get to this one. The third visit I brought my mother just in case I was being emotional due to my pregnancy since the last two had me leaving in tears. They only deliver at Henry pediment hospital. I asked the nurse on my arrival if she would ever go there. I reviewed it and it had horrible reviews. She had a long pause and then said she had been there once and would never go back. Should have just left there. During this visit I was telling the dr about complications during my first pregnancy, again with documentation, and she told me that it wasn't possible and made me feel like I was lying. My mother then chimes in and tells her she was also there and that's what happened. She began to lecture both my mother and me and belittled us. I had to do lab work that day and asked for a specific lab to be done. My insurance covered it with my first pregnancy. She said she wouldn't order it. I told her they would cover, she argued and said they wouldn't. I said that was fine I would pay out of pocket then. I really wanted this test done. She still refused and I had to talk to several people at the clinic to get a test I wanted and was going to pay out of pocket for. They treated me horribly and even my mother was furious when we left. We found another clinic that day. I would recommend to try any clinic other than this one. read more

RUN FOR THE HILLS! This is the rudest and incompetent staff! I received over $600 in bills (3 bills for one pap!) just for a yearly pap(I have Insurance)! I called the office for this to be fixed and to let them know not to request additional test without my permission. The middle aged billing department lady ARGUED with me over the phone and told me that's how it will be and I need to talk to someone else then she hung up. Ps: they use a mascara lookalike brush to do the pap and not a cotton swab so be prepared to bleed afterwards. read more

In spite of the other complaints, I went against their suggestions and visited this "practice." For the past 3 years, I've made my annual visits with Dr. Cruz and she was fairly pleasant and performed a decent job, but I never had any major medical needs. I actually agreed to a 8am appt(very early for me-teacher on summer break) just to see her. Until today- I've never felt as humiliated and embarrassed by a doctor before in my life. I will save the story because I don't want to further degrade myself, but please avoid this "practice" at all costs. read more

If you have Pcos or any issues with infertility this is not the Doctor for you. Dr. Lopatine has horrible bedside manners and doesn't take what you're telling him about yourself in to consideration. My diagnosis of Pcos and going to several Doctors to help with all of the symptoms I suffer from is difficult enough. Having a doctor that just wants to rush you out of the examination room and pop pills into you, rather than listen to you and help you understand and possibly come up with a solution is even more difficult. Dr. Lopatine took nothing of what I tried to explain I've suffered with for years with Pcos into consideration. Dr. Lopatine Didn't try to come up with a future plan of how to deal with the infertility issues, any alternative solutions besides the same meds I've been taking that have not been working for me and just listening and at least act like he cares. He would rather like for me to know that of his 22 years of practice 1. Pcos should be diagnosed and handled by a primary care Doctor 2. Women with the issues I'm having really don't have a variety of chooses when it comes to basic things like trying to have a regular menstrual cycle. And lastly we who suffer from infertility issues are all the same. He was happy to just prescribe some pill to me and get the heck out of my room. Dr. Lopoatine needs to tone his attitude down a few notches and understand his 22 years of practice doesn't give him the right to be dismissive of all women's issues and concerns with there own bodies. P.S. his assistant thought it was appropriate to let me know there is no "magic pill" to fix me" .. Real nice touch to my very uncomfortable office visit. read more

I decided to try this place out because my doctor is retiring and up at Northside. After making my appointment the scheduler tells me there are no children allowed. I thought this was strange since this is an OBGYN office and their only clients are women. I told the appointment scheduler that I thought that was an absurd policy and what are single mothers supposed to do if they don't have anyone to watch their child? Her response was that "unfortunately one BAD kid can ruin it for everyone" and "it's not my problem. Go find another doctor". Even though I believe the policy is ridiculous her response was not only insensitive but rude. Yes I will go find another doctor and my insurance can pay another practice thousands of dollars it's going to pay through my lifetime.
