UPDATE: washer is still not working…read more Response to Paige B. "Manager" - To be clear, the problem is not resolved. Despite the statement that "we're glad that your washing machine is now working," my washing machine is still not working properly. It is still having the exact same issue with going off balance. So the claim that the issue was resolved is simply not consistent with what I am experiencing. Follow up with customers before you defend your company's work. I contacted your company because I needed my washer repaired, and after multiple interactions, I am still dealing with the same problem. Being told that a technician was sent back out does not mean the repair was successful. The outcome is what matters, and the outcome is that my washer still has the same problem. Also I called and left multiple voicemails on Sep. 4th (which the company was open all day.) called again Sep. 5th and left a voicemail. On September 8th no one from your office had called me back, I had to be on hold for 30-35 minutes to get in touch with a live person, which this seems to be an ongoing issue with this company, because it's AI based. I also never expected you to cancel another customer's appointment just because I considered my situation urgent. What I expected was reasonable communication, professionalism, and an honest effort to actually resolve the problem. Instead, I felt dismissed and frustrated throughout this experience. My washer machine was not working for 6 days- meaning I could NOT wash clothes for 6 days because of your technician. Your lack of concern over the phone when I mentioned this was awful. Your response spends a significant amount of time explaining your scheduling practices, geographic routing, and defending your reviews, but it does not change the fact that I am still left with a washer that does not work correctly. Also, your exact words were "the scheduling is AI generated, there is nothing I can do about your appointment. " As for the comments about reviews, I was expressing my concerns based on my experience. Customers have every right to question or comment on their experiences, especially when they are still dealing with an unresolved repair. Calling attention to the number of positive reviews does not address my individual experience. I am also disappointed that the response appears more concerned with correcting my review than actually resolving the problem. If the washer were truly fixed, I would have no reason to continue complaining about the repair. Unfortunately, it isn't. I hope the company takes a step back and understands that a defensive response does not make a customer's experience disappear. Most importantly, you claim that you stand behind your work. Then stand behind it. My washer is still off balance and still isn't working properly. That is the issue that actually needs to be addressed. A long defensive response doesn't fix a washing machine. Telling me that you understand my frustration doesn't fix it either. Sending someone out who doesn't resolve the problem doesn't make the problem resolved. And as for you Paige, the way you handled this situation was just as disappointing as the repair itself. Your response came across as defensive, dismissive, and more focused on proving the customer wrong than actually listening to the customer. You may be satisfied with your explanation, but I'm the one left with a washer that still has the same off-balance problem. At the end of the day, your words don't change the outcome: the issue was not fixed, and the way I was treated made an already frustrating situation even worse.
