We contacted a couple of local appliance repair shops, and they quoted us a huge price, and we'd have to wait for them to order parts. We decided that we could live with it as it was. Around the holidays, the oven went out, and that forced us to actually get it fixed. In the years that the burner was inoperative, I had asked many of our other trusted service people if they knew any good appliance repair guys. Our HVAC guy mentioned Roadrunner, so I gave him a call. Lionel responded quickly, had the part for the oven on his truck, and fixed the burner without having to order anything. And at half the price the others had quoted for just the burner. An added plus was Linoel's extensive knowledge of the area and Ft. Huachuca, where I served in 1970.

Note: estimates were very vague. The "office" needs a reality check. I thoroughly believe in supporting local businesses however, when one shows estimates that are.... Extremely expensive and questionable.... That's an issue. Example. Estimate to replace two ceiling fans. Replacement ONLY! I was given $750! Yes people that was the quote. I called two handymen "$50 per or $100 per; box stores between $150-200 per!" Do your due diligence and call around! Word of mouth is best. I sent back feedback to provide them insight to their outrageous pricing. Also of note. Who puts a "lien" statement in an estimate vs a warranty statement? Just found that curious as all get up.

If you are going through Efficiency Arizona I suggest you ask for this company to do your install. Even if you don't use Efficiency Arizona I recommend contacting this company. Amazing & affordable HVAC service in Sierra Vista - Saguaro Air Solutions…read more Jesse (owner of Saguaro Air Solutions) provided me a fair & honest estimate to replace my whole A/C system. Out of the 4 estimates I received, his was a lower cost & for a much better system with a heat pump. I questioned if he offered any discounts/rebates, & his answer was that he charges a flat rate (for system & installation) & doesn't show a bunch of discounts to make the customer feel good about getting a good price. Jesse was very responsive to all my email inquiries & answered everything I had questions/concerns about - approx 6 emails). He kept me informed up to the day of installation. The install went very well & it was only 1 day w/o A/C vs the other HVAC companies of 2 days - including from major, more popular companies.   I also had duct cleaning done - the same day. They were careful to cover all furniture & carpeting to avoid falling dust. They also took the extra effort & cleaned/washed my register vent covers, & cleaned up the work site upon completion. Had a new AC unit installed at a property. Afterward, I found sheet metal screws and small pieces…read moreof sheet metal debris left throughout my front yard. One of these screws ended up in my tire, which I took to Discount Tire to be repaired (they completed the repair at no charge). While Vista Pros did offer to pay for the repair, my concern was the inconvenience of having to deal with a flat tire due to the debris left behind. They also offered to return to clean up the yard, but I had already cleaned it up myself by that point. One of the installers was a smoker, and I noticed a strong odor of smoke inside my home during the project. In my personal opinion, the overall experience fell short of what I consider professional and satisfactory. They provided two maintenance visits with the new AC unit. When they came, it was during the wintertime, so they inspected my heating system. I was told the blower motor needed to be cleaned because it was dirty. They told me the circuit board had burn marks and needed replacement. Because I wanted to be sure, I had a third party inspect it, who stated the board was functional and did not need to be replaced. When the company reached out to schedule the second maintenance visit, I declined, having decided to no longer use their services based on my previous experiences. When I informed them of my decision and my reasoning, I felt their email responses were overly pushy in trying to get me to schedule or use their services again. They did offer to try to make things right, but I chose to move forward and decline further contact. When I posted my initial review, the company emailed me claiming that attempts to damage their reputation are considered defamation and can warrant legal action, while requesting that my post be accurate. This company has no honor, honesty or integrity! They are a scam in that they will only load a…read morepartial load so they can charge double and more! The caused an excessive amount of damage to the house, over $5,000 and destroyed items they were hired to move at a cost of close to $10,000 in damages. In submitting a claim to them about the damages , the acknowledged the damage and remitted a refund of only $148. Oh let's not forget that they charged nearly double of the estimate and wanted double again to move the rest of the items they knew fully about but intentionally brought too small of a truck. Part of the scam to bilk people out of money. I'll never ever use them and I'll never ever recommend them to anyone! Worst moving company in the history of moving companies!
