It has been the most gratifying experience we've ever had among his many health-related appointments! Both the first appointment for evaluation, and the second for the fitting, were seamless. My father got his first pair of hearing aids a few years ago. They never fit well, and while they helped, he still struggled a lot and it has been a strain to communicate with him. When Jake put in his new, custom-fit pair, my father's eyes watered. He couldn't believe how much he could hear. He asked me if I was using my normal speaking voice, because he was shocked that he didn't miss a word! When Jake momentarily removed them, my father said that it was like the world suddenly went silent. Jake truly puts his heart into helping people. It would be so great if all medical appointments were even half as kind, supportive, pleasant and efficient as this. My father felt comfortable with the hearing aids set at 60% of their capacity, so there is a lot of room for future adjustments. I'm so grateful that my father will now be able to interact much more than he has for the past several years. It is truly a miracle to regain something as precious as the ability to hear. They set us up with HealthiPlan for payments but we paid some of it directly to them. They are supposed to have our account updated with HealthiPlan to reflect the payment and have not done so yet. The request was made about two weeks ago and I am not able to speak with the accounting department. We would love to have this resolved so we can make a final payment. May 22 Update: PLEASE Ear-Resistible Hearing. We spoke on May 10 and my account is still not updated. I would like to pay this account in full at the beginning of June and will not be able to until you take care of this. June 10 Update: Account credited. Appeared today. TAKEN CARE OF!

Unfortunately, I was not able to get the free hearing test because during…read moremy interview I told the doctor I was only interested in the $99 specials and that I could not afford the much more expensive ones so he told me there's no sense in wasting everyone's time because the $99 ones were just junk amplifiers and you can basically buy them at Walmart $20 . it appears they just use them in the ad to get people to make an appointment and come in to the office so they can try to sell them more expensive ones. shame really, because I probably would have bought the $99 ones with no problem because according to the Ad in the paper they actually are the clearest of all the hearing aids they offer and my insurance would've paid for it.
