Then there is the staff it just feels like they do not care and have no problem with patience leaving to find other doctor's offices that can get you in to be seen. So after today's phone conversation, it is time to find a new doctor's office. I really hate it because Dr. Kyle French is the only reason I have stayed with Integris.

Despite the clinic accepting the appointment, and the nurse confirming they had reviewed my chart and meds before I arrived, I waited 40 minutes only to be told the provider does not offer HRT. This is a complete failure in patient care and a total disregard for the patient's time and health needs. If you need continuity of care or a clinic that actually cares or reviews patient needs before you arrive, look elsewhere. Their scheduling and clinical teams are clearly not on the same page. Extremely frustrating!

I have been a patient of Dr Santelli for at least 10 years now. I first went because my shoulder…read morehurt. No big deal, fixed that with a few visits. Then as the months passed I would go in for other aches and pains, Dr Santelli decided to run a blood test. I had 4 other medical Dr's at the time with current blood tests but no one saw anything wrong except for Santelli. My iron was a little high, he spent time thinking about it, even when I wasn't in his office, so he wanted to run a different blood test to get a Ferritin level. Long story short, he saved my life. He discovered that I have Hemochromatosis. A blood disorder that shuts down your organs and "rusts" your joints. He started my treatments and adds a special combination to my Chelation IV Therapy to pull the iron from my blood. My levels are great now and I continue with Chelation at his office in Moore even though I moved 2 hrs away a couple of years ago. I believe this is dr. Nguyen that is my PCP…read more Dr Nguyen is a wonderful doctors. Not only is he sincere about his practice but he is very educational about almost everything it seems like! He is very kind and truly does his best to figure out what to do. He lets me speak before he puts in his two cents and that is very importation for a patient provider relationship to form. He never makes me feel inferior and I am comfortable in going to him whenever my body feels Ill. I would recommend dr Nguyen to anyone who wants a caring and practice doctor as your main primary care provider. The staff here is also friendly. They will talk to you and be sincere as well. Everyone here smiles and nods and most importantly washes their hands before even touching any part of your body. There is also other doctors here but I have only interacted with dr Nguyen and his staff but I have heard wonderful things about dr Peter chan as well. This place is very friendly but the waiting area a lot of older generations are there. Not many young people but that's not to deter anyone from coming here
