They people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is one glitch too funny not to mention though. They keep sending my dad emails and texts every few weeks saying he's got laundry that needs to be picked up or it will become theirs as they've help it for over 200 days. They say they don't actually have anything on hold for my parents and that it's a glitch in their system, but they can't figure out how to fix it. My rents just have to deal with endless texts and emails about wayward clothes for the rest of their lives I guess.

I feel that Robert and Margaret are the very best at what they do. Perhaps they charge a bit more for their services than other businesses, but this is a case of you get what you pay for. When we first moved here to Santa Fe in 1998, I experimented with a handful of different dry cleaners in town and was not at all satisfied with their knowledge and quality of workmanship.
