They people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is one glitch too funny not to mention though. They keep sending my dad emails and texts every few weeks saying he's got laundry that needs to be picked up or it will become theirs as they've help it for over 200 days. They say they don't actually have anything on hold for my parents and that it's a glitch in their system, but they can't figure out how to fix it. My rents just have to deal with endless texts and emails about wayward clothes for the rest of their lives I guess.

First of all, the location is on historic Agua Fria street, which is easily accessible from St. Francis Drive. Secondly, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, almost cozy. A variety of music is played for customers, there is fresh air flwoing throughout via the two doors on opposite sides of the laundromat, which are typically open. The owners and their sons are truly some of the kindest people I've met in my life. Typically, the laundromat is not crowded and it is relatively clean. The bathroom is not the cleanest or the most charming, however, there is a working toilet, which I appreciate very much as a person who drinks lots of water. I bring my own toilet paper and clorox wipes to clean off the toilet seat. In defense of the owners, they are kind enough to leave the restroom open to the public. I will continue to use this laundromat until I purchase my new home. The location is convenient and the machines work efficiently. There is plenty of parking and the building has vintage charm sprinkled all around. I highly recommend Earl's. For those who don't appreciate Earl's, they are entitled to their opinions. My firm opinion is that I would be lost without Earl's laundromat and I am humbly grateful to have this historical laundromat open and available to the city of Santa Fe.

I also tried to get some pants altered, but was told that I had to go to another location of theirs to have that done, but that the other location was closed. We've been customers for about the past 20 years and have trusted them with our most expensive and delicate garments and have always been impressed with the excellent care and professional job that they have done for us. I feel that Robert and Margaret are the very best at what they do. Perhaps they charge a bit more for their services than other businesses, but this is a case of you get what you pay for. When we first moved here to Santa Fe in 1998, I experimented with a handful of different dry cleaners in town and was not at all satisfied with their knowledge and quality of workmanship. Some actually ruined some very expensive designer clothing that I took to them. When I discovered Aspen Cleaners, I became a huge fan of the care and expertise that they showed to me and my clothing. If I could give them the highest rating possible, it would not be enough because they've "far exceeded my expectations " and I've trusted them with my finest garments and have never been disappointed with the outcomes.
